A little trash talk never hurt anyone, hope he backs it up though.

Savoy goin git his!
Yeah I hate trash talking.
I'm not even sure what the fuck they are saying...
Not gonna lie, I don't know what either tweet really means. "Play for keeps" sure, that's easy. "#DontBeAFanLater" hmm...perhaps...don't be fair weather? Sean's tweet kinda has my mind in a pretzel.
He's warning him to keep his guard up because he will see Savoy the first game.
...and apparently Savoy dislikes rap music.
Well that makes two of us. I listened to about a minute of a Post Malone song the other night, just to see what the hype was all about. Idk...didn't do it for me.
I don't consider Post Malone rap. Maybe that's just me.
I very much love rap/hip hop, though.
That doesn't really work...
Some of us just don't dig the lingo. I get it, I'm from a different era, etc., but while I consider rap to be a sort of urban poetry, the wide appeal of it doesn't seem to limit it to that thought. Music, though? Not to me. Again, though while my parents didn't like my music at all, they never thought it wasn't actually music. To me there is more to music than lyrics set to a beat, but again, that's my thing. At its most basic level, I guess that's what most music really is. So, now that I've tied myself into knots, I'll just say I wish I'd not started this post, but I did, so there.
No I mean the sentence "I don't consider any rap" is meaningless.
Although saying rap isn't music is like saying a tomato isn't a fruit. It is, you just don't like it, but that's fine. Music is just the expression of noise that is formed into patterns of harmony, rhythms, beats, and melodies.
But yea, my original point was that you were not making any sense.
It is incumbent upon all of us to make this comment plaid.
I laughed, I cried. You could have just not posted it, but you did - and I salute you for it. Upvotes!

Well there ya go. I did not know this.
Here, Here! Post Malone is autotuned garbage. Real rap is Jay, Nas, Eminem, Outkast, Dre, RTJ, etc.
I am not sure that Rap qualifies as music. More noise.
It indeed does.
All music is noise. Some people just like the way different patterns of noise sound.
But my noise is better than your noise!
Its better to pick your own noise than someone else's.
Cam's gone, so someone needs to assume the WR1 position. He has as good a shot as any. Let's hope he can back it up, had a few cases of the drops last year.
As an outside receiver I have big hopes for Hazelton to have a big season. I agree though, Savoy has a lot of experience in the offense and having a great slot receiver can be a serious difference maker.
Agree.
In the context of this Twitter convo, though, these two probably won't line up across from each other if Savoy plays in the slot.
TIL (or was reminded?) that Levonta Taylor is from Virginia Beach.
except savoy is from DC? there has to be more to the story than these tweets.
That's how I found out Taylor was from VB. I was looking to see if they ever crossed paths on the field, but that seems unlikely.
I don't like this. Show up on the field, not on Twitter.
Isn't that essentially what Savoy is saying?
Possibly. His tweet was way too esoteric for me to comprehend fully, but it sure seemed like trash talk when he wasn't being singled out?
EDIT: I think see what you're getting at, but if so, isn't that just trash talking about not trash talking?
That's the best kind of trash talking. You're guaranteed a win because either way you're not really trash talking...or something like that.
Why I don't follow athletes on Twitter, Exhibit 923.
No habla
Taylor is saying don't be a bandwagon after their last bad season. Savoy, unrelated to what Taylor says, is saying to be ready, and "no rap" means there is no reason to talk because it's already over. Just a little trash talk between two players who will see a lot of each other barring any offseason injuries, and I'm sure they'll shake hands after the game regardless of the outcome.
is this really trash talk? not sure why people are taking issue with this.
this whole thread
I'm not even sure I understand what he's saying....
Haha the oldest I've ever felt is reading this thread. A bunch of old dudes/dudettes discussing a twitter exchange of 2 college kids.
Yikes.
I hope you feel that much older for having used the word "dudettes"
It's 2018, have to stay politically correct at all times.
