on WFAN in NYC area this morning, Boomer Esiason went on and on about Ferrell Edmunds and how his three kids are all in the league and so on and so forth. Said "it's absolutely ridiculous" that Tremaine only just turned 19
He's been 19 for almost a year. Turns 20 next week. Still an incredible accomplishment to be picked that high at that age.
If by "only just turned 19" he means turned 19 almost a year ago then he's 100% accurate.
It's entirely possible that he meant "he's only just 19". It's also entirely possible that I heard wrong and was too excited to think twice about it.

Many Steeler fans were mad when they picked JuJu Smith-Schuster last year. They were mad when they took Le'Veon Bell instead of Eddie Lacy. At some point you'd think fans would start trusting that the Steelers know what they're doing. They've been getting it right for a long time.
College fans obsess over recruiting and ratings, NFL fans obsess over what talking heads say before, during and after the draft. Its what the off season is for.
Let's hope this trend stays true.

The butthurt on TKP is unreal for the Bills/Tyrod situation. Did the Bills build a team around Tyrod? No. Did Tyrod sacrifice money to play for the organization? Yes. Are Bills fans sometimes idiots and start screaming at the QB for things mostly out of his control? Yes, along with every other fan base in the NFL. Are NFL teams run like a business? Yes.
Tyrod wasn't what the Bills wanted, they strung him along until they had an opportunity to let him go it happens all over the league on nearly every team, not as often at QB. I'm excited that Maine gets his chance to make a difference at a team that has a lot of dudes on D. I wish Tyrod was still lining up on the other side of the ball but that's not the case lets not take any significance away from Edmunds situation just because Tyrod didn't have a great end to his time there.

How soon should I jump at an Edmunds Steelers jersey? I was clicks away from buying a Rogers Rams jersey and then he got cut.
I'm not a huge NFL fan but my dad grew up in Pittsburgh so if I had to pick a team. Buying an LA jersey would have been totally out of character, but Sam Rogers!

Terrell will make the team, because Tomlin knows that their defense cannot be fully learned in one training camp, there will be some patience and coaching. The scheme there hasn't gotten much easier to grasp since LeBeau left and rookies rarely make an immediate impact in that D as a starter in the backfield. I'll be getting mine just as soon as Terrell has a number. If you want his draft jersey though (#1) they're available now.
