Verizon supplies me with my wifi and it was down for 24 hours a couple of days ago. Of course, it happened just when we needed to use it. 911 calls, however, are more than a convenience. Hope that gets straightened out immediately. Too bad we can't reverse charge Verizon for the inconveniences and lapses.
