I have never seen this so forgive me if you have. This was not too long and alot of fun to watch. Funny how so many things they said came true.
EDIT: OK it is on YOUTUBE now. Credit is given where it was due. Don't subscribe to my channel, I don't have anything good really.

Oh for God's sake I'm sorry. Let me look into it.
Try the link now. I shared it.
PS I hate facebook
I just tried it, still no.
Well this is just the worst thread ever
Works for me! sick video!
Try it now, y'all!
Anyone know where we can find that last song in the video? A quick search didn't net me anything
Terry Foss - "We Are The Hokies" - B&B Prods.
Ted Nugent would sue you today. LOL. The riff/song is actually "Hey Baby" from an early Ted album with made up Hokie words. Wonder if they asked permission then?
Terry still plays in the area quite a bit. My sister and brother in law love that dude.
Man, thx for sharing. Brought back childhood memories and it reminded me of how far we've come. Great quality too, well done.
Thx bud, what a way to end the day. Cheers!
Thanks for posting! Old school hype video and I'm still ready to run through a wall even though this was done a couple years after I graduated. Man I'm getting old but I have loved every minute of the last 30 years of Hokie Football. Blacksburg is a special place!
Man, this brings back childhood memories - my first VT game was in 1990. Seeing some of those names on the jersey's reminds me of when my bro and I would toss the football in the backyard and claim what player we were.
Anyone in the Stafford-F'burg area probably has run into Boats at some point. Good player, but an exceptional person. He and Greg Daniel (Principal at Forge) both played together.
Oh man, Furrer. That hair...
This is my exact line anytime I see someone with a flat top.
Bud 'Stache sighting!
Bud's shorts though

This is Bud before he started feasting on the flesh of his enemies.
WOW. what a pull. so many things here that are gone now, changed for the better, but the memories. Thank you.
I don't know about you guys, but I miss the endzone lettering with HOKIES nested under the VT. That shit is timeless
This is awesome. A definite treasure of football history at VT. Anyone that only identifies with Enter Sandman needs to watch this and see how far the program has progressed. Great to see how the stadium used to be. We need some of that fervor back.
Eugene Chung: "in my five years at Tech..."
Kyle Chung: "Hold my Commonwealth Cup, dad..."

That was awesome in every sense of the word.
The stadium look so...so...I don't even know the word. Hard to believe all the changes that have happened since I was a freshman.
I put this on Twitter as well to spread it around a bit more. It's too good for everyone not to see.
speaking of solid gold...that soundtrack. Thanks so much for this, 1991 was my sophomore year and this brings back so many memories....gives me goose bumps!
yoooooo can we get that song at the end on its own clip? That should be some alternate victory song or something lol
Y'all, where can I find the hat being worn at 6:38?
EDIT: THIS ONE
Looks like FDOLS to me.
Any idea what it stands for?
Foster's Defense Obliterates London's Sissies
The hat could tell the future too.
Yo I remember this! It's FOOLS
Fraternal Order of Offensive Line Studs
classic!
Fair enough, Miami and VT alone really made the Big East into a respectable football conference.
Well they couldn't get everything right.
Boatwright: "Within the next 5 years, Virginia Tech will be a national power."
That was prior to the 1991 season.
Can anybody remind me what happened 5 seasons later?
1995 Sugar Bowl: VT 28-10 Texas (Longhorns were ranked #10)...next year the Orange Bowl against Nebraska
You see the wheels on Frank coming out of the tunnel? Man, what a time.
Damn, I want one of those jersey's.
I had no idea we had an indoor facility back then. Pretty cool.
rector field house, right?
Yep, I practiced softball with a intramural team in it back in 1981.
Yep!
Love the players dancing at midfield in Morgantown. Buzz would be proud.
Most everything I saw looked substantially the same as when I was in school in the early 80's. Nice trip down nostalgia lane.
Man!!! Will Furrer came to my high school English class and at the time he was larger than life, like meeting a movie star. Watching this video now and its like watching my teenage kid being interviewed, so funny how perceptions change as time passes. Still one of my all time favorite players, thanks for posting this!
And those glasses!
Everyday Should Be Saturday now has this on their front page. https://www.everydayshouldbesaturday.com/2018/8/24/17769134/lets-watch-a...
The description of Gentry is a thing of beauty:
Haha, it got picked up by EDSBS!
WELP!

Leg for the Buffalo Trace!
What a time, what a place. Every minute of this was gold.
Can we get a remake of the "We are the Hokies" song?
*paging James and Lars*
Nick, thank you for sharing. This is unbelievably great.
Also, the epic intro music with the bells should also be used for a video of us stockpiling and exhausting Busch Light.
Did everyone in the 90s wear a malfitting white hat to football games? Lane seems filled with them lol
