Once more, here's the post for ACC Network affiliates, which will be updated weekly. (And most likely, this is the final year we have to do this.)
"ACC Network" refers to the Raycom broadcast that is syndicate to many local TV affiliates. Not to be confused with the cable channel that will be started by ESPN next season. Also, not to be confused with "ACC Network Extra", which is just a ESPN3 online-only broadcast with the fancy logo seen below.
Apparently in some part of the world, these games are made available on WatchESPN. Based on how many people I see bitching about a blackout, I haven't figured out exactly where, other than Guam (which someone confirmed last year). However, they do stream on the ACC website and app, and I have never seen a blackout through those means.
Games still kickoff at 12:20 PM, following the ACC Blitz pregame show that absolutely no one cares about. Week 2 has a 7:20 PM kickoff for an FSU game (provided that the weather doesn't cancel it like last year). Week 10 has a double header with games at 12:15 and 3:45. (Likely to make up for the lack of a game in week 3.)
Occasionally, Raycom will broadcast two games at the same time. Affiliates are split. Or sometimes, they actually broadcast two games, as we have discovered for the VT game on November 3.
In a total #goacc move, it's a week before the season starts, and the ACC website still doesn't have official affiliate links posted. But Wikipedia has a generic affiliate list, which is generally accurate week-to-week.
Week 1: Furman at Clemson
Week 2: Samford at FSU - 7:20 PM
Week 3: ECU at VT
Week 4: Pitt at UNC
Week 5: UVA at NC State
Week 6: Syracuse at Pitt
Week 7: Duke at GT
Week 8: UNC at Syracuse
Week 9: UNC at UVA
Week 10: GT at UNC (12:15) and BC at VT (3:45)
Week 11: UNC at Duke
Week 12: NC State at Louisville
Week 13: NC State at UNC
In the past, these have been the main affiliates across Virginia. I expect them to remain mostly the same:
Blacksburg: WWCW (the CW part of 21/27)
DC: WDCA 20
Richmond: CW
757: WGNT (CW)
Hooville: NBC 29
Occassionally, WBDJ will pick up the ACC Network game in the Roanoke area. That seems to be mainly when the broadcast wouldn't interfere with their CBS programming, and especially if VT is playing.
RSN games
"RSN" literally stands for Regional Sports Network on your cable system. In most areas, it's the Fox Sports Net channel (mostly since Fox is producing the games on a sublicense from ESPN). But since there is no regional Fox Sports in Virginia, NBC Sports Washington (formerly CSN Mid-Atlantic) picks up the games.
"RSN" games are not "ACC Network" games. They appear with the ACC Network Extra logo on ESPN, but for the same reason that the Raycom-produced games do. Unless otherwise noted, kickoff times for RSN games are 12:30 PM.
Week 1: Alcorn State at GT - 12:30 PM
Week 2: Georgia State at NC State - 12:30 PM
Week 3: GT at Pitt (12:30 PM) & Western KY at Louisville (7:30 PM)
Week 4: Louisville at UVA
Week 5: Bowling Green at GT (noon) & Rice at WF (3:30)
Week 6: BC at NC State
Week 7: Louisville at BC
Week 8: UVA at Duke
Week 9: WF at Louisville (noon) and Duke at Pitt (3:30)
Week 10: Syracuse at WF (noon)
Week 11: Liberty at UVA (3:00)
Week 12: Pitt at WF (noon), UVA at GT (3:30)
Week 13: WF at Duke
For any specific RSN affiliate lists past this point of the season, check the ACC on RSN page. But in most cases, it's mostly the same. If you get a regional Fox Sports channel, it's on there. If you don't, look for AT&T Sportsnet, NESN, YES, or NBC Sports Washington (formerly CSN).
The RSN games are also supposedly streaming on WatchESPN, but I've seen them blacked out just as much as the Raycom productions. The games might be available on the Fox Sports Go app if you are in a market that has the game being broadcast on the Fox Sports regional channel.

I would like to add, whenever I've been somewhere away from the listed affiliates of a Raycom/ACC Network Extra game I've been able to stream without a blackout, though I've heard of issues where the affiliates list changed and others were left in the dark.
Week 1 bump, with the affiliate list finally added in. As expected, the Virginia and DC stations remain the same as last year. (Short version, it's on CW unless you're in the Hooville market where it's on NBC 29, or on the channel formerly known as UPN in the DC market.)
Furman at Clemson has the interesting storyline that the Furman QB takes classes at Clemson. Something about Furman doesn't offer the engineering degree that he wants, so he treks over to Clemson to get those classes.
Also, found the links for weeks 2 and 3. Our game in week 3 doesn't have the affiliates listed yet.
Also, added in the latest edit in the main post, but I'll mention it here for better exposure -- It looks like the RSN games might be streaming in market on Fox Sports Go, per the ACC/RSN page.
EDIT: 2:25 PM on 9/1 -- I'm in the Richmond area, and use Verizon Fios. The ESPN app blacked me out on the phone and Amazon Fire TV. The game doesn't even show up on the Fox Sports Go app. I suspect "in market" refers to the RSNs airing the game, and not so much the market of the teams. I have not checked any NBC app to see if the NBC Sports Washington channel is streaming it.

ACC Network Extra is essentially ESPN3 with a different logo.
So one thing that is cool about Xfinity is that it appears that the games that are on WatchESPN or ACC Network Extra can be accessed directly from the TV.
For example, last weekend we were able to see Richmond/UVA directly from the X1 package on the TV, even though it was an ACC Network Extra broadcast. Pro Tip: Hit 'C' on the X1 remote and you can scroll through the games that are available to watch live, several appeared to be 'internet only' options.
Of note, we did not watch it, but was caught off guard that it was "on tv"

Finally, the cable box that costs $15 per month to "rent" is now able to stream a fraction of the content that I could otherwise use a $30 Chromecast for! We must live in the future!
Anyone with YouTube TV in the Roanoke-Lynchburg market around here? The Raycom games are always on the CW5 and that's not a YTTV channel.
My apologizes, this is not a direct answer to your question but a tangent derived from it.
Living outside the Blacksburg area for a long time now, I've always had to be creative to watch our less attractive games. I signed up for YouTube TV during basketball season and I was very pleased on the accessibility to different outlets it provides, including the ESPN 3 broadcasts.
I'm outside of any blackout areas, but so far it's been great for $35 a month.

2pm is a really weird gametime. Would be nice for a few extra pregame hours of tailgating as opposed to noon but still seems odd.

It's probably the same line of thought that Jim Weaver used. Basically, it's to allow fans from Richmond or slightly further to have a comfortable day trip. Heck, it probably is easier on the staff that has to work the game, because they don't have to get up too crazy early (if it were noon), and they don't have to get stuck dealing with stuff too late (3:30 or later).
And it probably helps W&M as well with their travel.
But if I remember correctly Weaver used this logic and still made the game a nooner for years until they eventually settled on a 1:30 start for the non TV games.
Besides large scale cheating in recruiting, hotter coeds, and Nick Saban.. the other obvious difference between the ACC and SEC is ... SEC? Grab remote, tune TV to SEC Network..watch game... ACC? read all that garbage in this post and try to figure out how to watch the game on a PC or smart device somewhere. Night and Day.
SEC had the same syndicated deal with Raycom as the ACC before they launched their network with ESPN. So, they were dealing with the same things. The difference was that streaming wasn't as big of a thing and there were fewer stations.
The Raycom ACC games likely benefited from losing the SEC deal, because we picked up those affiliates.
Actually, I'd say the SEC (and Big Ten) has an extra added wrinkle with the alternate and overflow channels. Is the game going to be on the main SEC channel in my market, or am I going to have to find some random channel that's several channels away?
But at least it's on my TV without having to do any shenanigans to get it there (remember the casting fiasco, from espn3, early last year, when you could watch on a laptop, but when you tried to cast via Chromecast or AppleTV, everything froze)?
I'm just gonna throw this out there before we all get into a heated discussion on this tangent that leads to insanely skinny posts.
Ultimately it doesn't matter, because in a year, we'll have the same basic TV deal as the SEC. Yes, it sucks that we're several years behind them and still waiting for our channel. But they still have to deal with the occasional online only games, as I'm sure we will (hopefully fewer, though). At least our odds of being able to watch every game are dramatically improved over just a decade ago.
And yes, it sucks that ESPN and Raycom couldn't have worked on some less confusing branding so that the over-the-air games didn't get mixed up with the online only games.
But the point of this topic is to inform folks where to find the syndicated and regional games under the current deal that are actually on TV somewhere.
I'm not sure how my comment was leading us down that path and I had zero intention of doing so. I was simply pointing out that while it's a bit of a pain to keep up with where the SEC channels were on my providers system (and they did change from day 1 to today), I can at least do so.
The on line/casting issue, from last year is likely a 1 time thing and it was miserable, but you are 1,000% correct that our viewing options are vastly improved, today, versus what it was 5-10 years ago.

If you're supposed to get the game on a "big boy" channel, like an NBC affiliate, be careful of news and weather pre-emptions. At least most of the Virginia stations are CW which don't usually bother with breaking news.
Off Topic question, but I'll give it a shot:
How far in advance are game times announced? I'm asking because I'm trying to plan a flight around our game time with Notre Dame. Specifically, I'm trying to plan a cheap flight so I can watch the game with my uncle, who is a huge Notre Dame fan (and who also likes VT).
Typically 12 or 13 days I think. Sometimes there can be a 6 day hold placed on games if the networks want to wait for this week's results before potentially lining up a prime time slot
The Notre Dame game time should be announced either on September 23, or by October 1 if put on a six day hold.
During the FSU game, Fowler was heavily hinting that it would likely be top of the list for Saturday Night Football consideration. Of course, that was dependent on both teams being undefeated, or maybe 1 loss at the worst. Therefore, I have a feeling that it'll be on the six day hold list.
According to the local news, WVU vs NCSU is cancelled. I think the maybe is looking less likely every minute.
As noted elsewhere, our game is cancelled, so on to week 4, which is a probably the saltiest matchup in the Coastal - Pitt at UNCheat.
I finally found a full list on the ACC/Raycom site of affiliates. As of now, it doesn't list the actual games past week 4, but I have added the links into the top post. I assume they'll update accordingly.
Interesting to note that the games on 10/6, 10/27, 11/10, and 11/24 are listed as 3:30 games instead of noon.
That is interesting, indeed. I wonder why.
Looks like it was just someone being silly, as the Syracuse at Pitt game is listed as noon. Or, maybe when ESPN picked three ACC games to go in the 3:30 or 8 ABC/ESPN block, they didn't want to have too many of them up against each other.

I haven't seen an official affiliate list for our game yet, but Raycom was talking about a doubleheader, so I would imagine that most (if not all) of the affiliates showing the GT/UNC game will have ours right after.
Will this game be streamed on TheACC.com. My affiliate isn't picked up by my antenna, so it gets blacked out on Watch ESPN.

In Virginia, it's the usual suspects of CW stations in Richmond, 757, and Roanoke. NBC 29 has the game in Hoo-ville. Harrisonburg has it on one of the digital channels.
However, I don't see any listings for DC/Northern VA. WDCA is the usual station (I guess it's called Fox 5 Plus now - I know it as channel 20 or the channel that used to be UPN), but their schedule only has the early game listed.

According to 506sports, we're getting the main ACC Network announcing crew, so it shouldn't be too horrible.

Not sure if today's game UNC at Duke really matters. Both teams are eliminated from Coastal contention. UNC just has a bad record, and Duke is on the wrong side of literally every tiebreaker.
However, I'm leaning towards rooting for Duke, because if they win out, and we end up in a 5-3 with them (and likely other teams), it would benefit us having the tiebreaker over them. Of course, that scenario only comes into play if we beat Pitt and UVA but lose to Miami.
Looks like Raycom is just following NC State for the rest of the season.
