Terrible for this young man but saw he was their leading rusher against us last year (86 yds). With all these season ending injuries to our Coastal foes, it is helpful for our winning chances but hopeful we don't follow the trend.

Lots of ball to play, amd the following is based on assumptions on how I think other teams will finish too, but I would guess we are definitely in if we're undefeated, definitely out if we lose 2 games. If our one loss is the ACC championship game I think we're out. We'll only get in with one loss if that loss is to Miami (and only if we still make and win the ACC) or ND.

Correct, and only 2 and 4 seeds have won. If you go back to 2002 when the refs gifted OSU the championship the number 1 team only has 4* national titles.
*USC had to vacated the Orange bowl win but the NCAA couldn't strip the national title since they didnt grant it. The NCAA still recognizes the championship.
