I believe since the Panthers travel to Atlanta this weekend, that Bank of America Stadium would be available, but the cone of uncertainty for Florence shows that Charlotte is likely have downpours and high winds as well. Not sure it makes sense to move the game anywhere farther than that.

Middle Tennessee is out of town this weekend playing at Georgia. I wonder if a similar accommodation could be made.
