He's really remarkable. I can tell you that in college, Aaron was not someone I could say would one day be holding an office position.
Since his time in the NFL, he worked really hard to try to shape VA Beach even before he was in politics.
He often would talk about issues right on his Facebook page with people of the community, and many of them told him to run and I honestly believe that's why he actually did run.
Proud that he's a friend of mine, and of course a Hokie.

I am guessing that his party affiliation is not the same as mine, but I still am glad for a Hokie to be successful. Without having met him or knowing anything about his platform, the write up of a few days ago painted him as a remarkable young man and quite a credit to VT; I offer him my congratulations.

I'm not sure what party title he officially ran under, but his political views aren't one side or the other. He agrees with both sides on some things. I'd put him dead center really.
I can tell you this because I have talked to him about politics before he was ever even thinking of running and never came off as one side or the other. He really just wants to help his hometown out.

Great guy, and awesome the way he wants to give back to his community. He occasionally runs with my running club and he's always ready to hear what people are concerned about, whether it's flooding or an inexperienced group of defensive backs. Also of note: dude is still huge and I would never want to run a slant route against him.

We aren't supposed to discuss politics here!!!!!!!!!!
Just kidding, that's pretty cool. Ut Prosim.
Noyce, quality dude from all of those I have heard that met him in person.
Top vote getter by a margin of more than 10k votes. Impressive.
His "Triple T" get out the vote director had an unbeatable strategy.
I don't know, I think Rouse's size makes Terry Tate look pretty harmless by comparison.
His initials are arouse.

This is very cool to hear, and good for him.

He was elected to Virginia Beach City Council and they do not run under a party affiliation.
