Electronic ticket scanning at Lane

Hi gang,

Against my better judgement I bought some tickets on stubhub for the game Friday.

I'm wondering if I need to actually print them out or if anyone has had success getting electronic tickets scanned off of a phone screen. I feel like this should be possible as it works pretty much anywhere else but I figured I'd ask here first.

Thanks!

I personally wouldn't chance it. I know they are doing the mobile tickets now, but not 100% how those work. Could be worth printing the tickets as a backup, but trying to have them scan your phone at the gate just to see?

Last time we bought tickets for Lane from StubHub, both the email and the tickets said to print them out since mobile ticket scanning isn't implemented yet.

I wouldn't take a chance on it.

They have separate scanners for phones. I have mobile tickets and i get in pretty easy.

Only a few second hold up if they need to grab the scanner if you present phone and not a paper ticket

Nice! Appreciate the feedback

I was able to get the PDF ticket to work on my phone before for the regular scanners, but I would only use it as an emergency measure.

Print them.

Normally, they will work, BUT I had an experience at the FSU game that you don't want to have. Basically, I lost my internet access, and somehow (though I had the tickets on my screen earlier in the day) lost them right as I walked up to the gate.

I ultimately regained my internet access, but not before a very tense 15 minutes of panic. During that time I spoke with stubhub, and they said that they recommend printing them out, not just showing them on the phone screen.

If you really can't print them out, have the PDF on your phone. Don't depend on just pulling them up in the stubhub app.

Future tip with mobile tickets. Always screenshot them on your phone.

This.

I both screen shot due to lack of service and then print if possible.
