Not sure I'm tracking here... If a guy is suspended, announce it and move on. Ignore questions about their status like Buzz if you like, but who is on and who is off the active roster should be shared with the fan base.
Maybe if we got regularly updated depth charts we could look past not getting updates about the guys not on those depth charts.
That's not how they choose to operate, nor or they obligated to keep fans or other teams updated on player availability. This policy works great when everything is going well, if Fuentes rights the ship this year it will be a non issue next off season
Maybe DJ Crossen asked the teams to not announce it, who knows. He is a student, that happens to play football.

There aren't "students who happen to play football" at any P5 school. If you make a P5 roster, you don't just "happen to play football", you're pretty good at it and you're prioritizing it during your college years. If you didn't, you wouldn't be playing.
