Week 10 has arrived with a whimper. Other than the "We're Back Bowl" featuring two undefeated, top 10 ACC teams, this week's TV schedule isn't good at all. And yes things got weird as this is the second week of the last three where the marquee game features ACC conference play. This going to take some getting used to.
A blast from the past for all the Nole haters. For you youngens, FSU kickers in the 90's were #goacc before #goacc was a thing. Piss poor kicking in Tallahassee during Dadgumits prime might have cost him 3 more national titles. Virginia Tech -4.5 at Boston College ~~ 12:00 pm (ABC / ESPN2)
- Why this game? Because I like to see you squirm and picking VT to cover at BC is a sucker's bet
- The best homefield advantage in the ACC? Not Death Valley, not Lane, not Doak ... a nooner in Chestnut Hill. Half filled, piped in music and the road team sure as hell doesnt want to be there
Pick: BC to cover, not because it's a nooner, but because the Hokie offense is a bag full of welp

24 Wisconsin -9.5 at Iowa ~~ 12:00 pm (ABC / ESPN2)
For the Heartland Trophy
- Why this game? Have you seen this week's schedule, woof and I like any chance I get to show the Iowa away lockerroom
- I have a soft spot for Wisky and feel they might be underrated. An early kickoff, away vs a ho-hum opponent, let's see if they can take care of business when its not an A opponent
Pick: Iowa, because nothing I want or believe in is happening for me this year.

21 Michigan at 22 Michigan State -5.5 ~~ 3:30 pm ABC
For the Paul Bunyan Trophy
- Michigan State is going to all but shutdown Michigan's Offense and vice versa and that's not because the Wolverines have a good defense ... they don't
- This is either separation Saturday in the Legends division for MSU or things are going get weird. Brady Hoke needs this win or doubt my seep in?
Pick: Michigan getting the points, but MSU winning. It will be a close game and damn near unwatchable if it's not your team, the midwestern's version of VT.

- So the Okie State cowboys are the no. 10 team in the nation ... uh huh, sure. This shit bag conference shouldn't have any team outside of Baylor in the top 20, it's that bad
- Kliff Kingsbury was exposed a bit last week and not how he normally is ... right ladies?1? Win this week and the Red Raiders are still ahead of schedule
Pick: Texas Tech laying the points. Lubbock is a weird place to play, even more so for an evening televised game. Amped atmosphere and Okie State's D ... a big TT win.

- Two words describe this game Florida Man," be ready for the weird headlines Sunday morning
- The ACC has great self-depreciating fan bases, if you exclude FSU when they are winning and Miami fans always
- I should have more to say, but I think Miami is a fraud and FSU is for real, theres a reason this spread is the highest ever for a matchup of two top 10 teams
