I'm really glad that are just making each season more and more bananas. The acting is so good, and to have the stakes raised each time is a good trend (cough Walking Dead cough)

I will be tomorrow. Wife was out of town until Saturday afternoon and we've only been able to catch episodes after the kid was in bed (which has been a damn nightmare in itself lately, and she just decided at 18 months to be a f'n daredevil and climb out of her crib, so toddler rail goes up, and now she has free f'n reign in the room at night and naptimes.... any suggestions there would be welcome, as we're just in the 'well, I guess we are just going to have to deal with it til she gets used to her realm')
Aaaaanyway, we're through episode 6. We'll finish up tonight.
That said, I do have to say, whereas I think they missed the mark with the Mind Flayer in Season 2, holy shit are they not only getting it right in Season 3, but retroactively making Season 2 scarier as well.

I'm ready if we want to create a discussion thread with spoilers.
What an awesome show. Loved this season. I think that my favorite part is that this show keeps maturing and evolving, all while maintaining that feel that made the first season such a revelation. The characters (in a literal and storytelling sense), the tone and themes, everything. Fingers crossed for a season 4 because it is anything but stale right now and I am not ready to be done watching these characters
Until then I'm keeping the door open 3 inches

I'm about 2/3 of the way though so far and I've been pleasantly surprised. All of the reviews I read online said season 3 was a disaster but I've certainly enjoyed it so far.

That trailer had such a great vibe. I feel great about having it take place in summer.
So who else is going to binge watch all of the episodes that day?

Also of note, season 2 of The OA gets released Friday.
That was such an odd show but I did like the ending
Agreed. The show was very strange, but the last 15 minutes was some of the best constructed TV I have ever seen. It all made perfect sense.
Still waiting for a second season of Altered Carbon
Finally, I've been waiting a long time for that. I hope there is way less interpretive dance in this season.
Also of note, season 2 of Cobra Kai premieres next month
Here's the new trailer. If someone can please embed that'd be awesome:

Interesting story lines popping up.
I for one welcome our new demogorgon overlords.

I got you
Wife and I are just starting Season 2 of our prep. Very much looking forward to this getting going again.
Leg, now we just need a gritty time travel scene to pop in.
deleted. Bad on me!
Anyone else binge it like me and ready to discuss spoilers?

Only have episode 8 left.
Watched all 8 episodes on Independence Day.

Great season, definitely rivals season one in being my favorite.
Don't worry, they're slated to do 4 or 5 seasons but I'm kinda hoping they wrap things up in 4.

Really? I've read nothing but positive reviews. Not that it matters, I thought it was fantastic
Unless the last episode is a train wreck into a dumpster fire, I don't know how anyone possibly came away with "disaster" from this season.
Spoiler Alert: the last episode is not a train wreck
You bastard!!! /s
Reminder for those that haven't finished watching Season 3, there is a post-credits scene after the finale that is pretty important.
This is definitely something we will discuss in the full discussion thread. I have some thoughts on it.
Appreciate the heads up.
