Thank god! I've been dying to get these Rhode Island tickets /s.. seriously though hoping we can make the best of this season and start scheduling some decent out of conference games every year that actually get played

Bitter is saying to expect an SEC home and home to replace the dates we were to play Wisconsin in a few years. We could certainly use more of that. Our home schedule on odd years is abysmal.

This would be great, if Big 10 teams are going to cancel or reschedule then time to find an opponent that will lock in. My guess is USCe, which would be fun and relatively accessible to both. Tennessee is a no brainer for both teams.

That is sadly one of the games I am really looking forward too. I did part of my undergraduate schooling (summer school) at URI. I want to see the shell shock set in on them when they enter the Terror Dome.

Ok TKP with my season tickets should I come up for Wake game to honor Bud? Come up for one of the FCS games and sell Wake and Duke game to pay for that trip and maybe go to Miami too instead?

Pure football perspective, I think Wake or Duke would be best atmosphere I would think (unless UNC is a prime time game).
But if going to FCS game would allow you to go to other good games (like Miami), that's a different analysis. I would rather go to best home game I think. ND would be my only exemption.

As a fellow expatriate, I suggest attending the games most convenient for you.
Skipping the Miami game in lieu of attending Wake is silly. The FCS game still gives you an excuse to visit Blacksburg; and Bud is more likely to hear your tribute in Miami.
Full disclosure; I chose to "conveniently" attend Pitt last season, so take any advice I give with a grain of salt. I still contend the drive back from hosting GT would have sucked just as bad, cost twice as much and taken over twice as long.

Shoot, it can get hostile in Lane. Some of the vitriol spewed by our fans (at both teams) last year was impressive. I guess a lot of people aren't used to losing so much in a season.

Wonder why they chose to go only white unis on the tickets this year. Maybe, like, a new beginning or something? Any english or philosophy majors in the house like to elaborate? Or maybe just someone in the ticketing department?

Guess I should make sure my mail gets brought in. We won't be back from summer for another two weekends.

Miami is about 5 hours away and I hear it can get hostile there.

Just got tickets.
Mine arrived yesterday
As did mine. Not sure if I liked that they were just left on the front porch.
