So before I post the video, I just want to say thank you to everyone at TKP for another fun, entertaining, crazy year. There are always ups and down and a lot of us weren't the happiest we've been. But I think there is a great team waiting for 2019.
I make these videos every so often. I have no experience or education with video making, so view this only as a passion project. I try to make these all in one sitting (this one took 4 hours). I am usually imbibing while doing so, edits aren't always clean. I try to tell a story instead of just clips to music. I really like spoken word.
I also make nothing off of these. I don't care about subscriptions or likes, but if you enjoy this, share it with a friend. It's always great to hear others are excited for the season. Video drops one S*** and one F***. Be warned.

That's awesome!! It got me motivated. To hell with the bad press, to hell with the bad year, this is a new year and a new team LETS GO HOKIES!
My all time favorite movie....if I were the man I was 5 years ago I'd take a flamethrower to this place!!
MAJESTIC!
Awesome! Thanks for putting this together and sharing.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Even though the movie was mostly horrible, that is definitely one of the greatest scripted locker room speeches.
Bridging the partisan divide.
Worst football movie by far is Varsity Blues.
I'm sorry, have you seen the 2005 remake of The Longest Yard? 1991's Necessary Roughness?
Did you just suggest that Necessary Roughness is in the running for worst football movie?
Terrible movie. I said it. I regret nothing.
Never seen Necessary Roughness. I enjoyed the Longest Yard 2005 remake.

As proud as I was of DFWHokie and VT_Fencer's Big Lebowski comment and response, I must express my profound disappointment at these statements.
To be fair I was the ripe age of 7 years old at that time. My first football watching memories start at about 10 years old. I remember my dad getting in trouble for purchasing a big screen tv for the 1990 Super Bowl but can't remember the game at all.
Oh, no!!! You're not getting off that easy. It's been shown on USA and the like for years now. And I was only 9.
Varsity Blues is Mrs. lwyr's favorite movie. I've hungover slept through it probably a dozen times.
Maybe paul walker's best work (gag)
In his thirty years of coaching football at West Caanan, Bud Kilmer brought two state titles, and 22 district championships!...and John Moxon willed that team to his 23rd....but he was never heard from again after that night...moreover have you seen the new tweeder end zone dance?
After winning district, why didn't they advance in the playoffs?
From what I understand there was a huge scandal involving steroids, questionable team doctor activities, and multiple arrests at the after party of the district championship game. West Canaan was given the "death penalty" by the THSL board and have never recovered. Damn shame....
Where did the assistant coaches go after Bud Kilmer took the walk of shame? So many unanswered questions.
They picked an eyeball up off the field and cut a car in half so there's that
That was awesome...thanks!
Man, that opening scene was a gut punch.
Great video, I want the players to watch this one!
I just get the feeling we're about to absolutely bury ODU this year. Our boys are gonna come out livid and ready to do some work.
I had almost forgotten how absolutely horrendous Farley was (is?) at tackling...
And I had forgotten that we were #13...
Is that the most over rated weve ever been?
Well done. Liked it a lot. A lot, I say.
I like you a lot. Probably not as much as the other person in your avatar, but still a lot.
Well done nerd! Hyped me and at my age that takes a lot!
They have pills for that these days, gramps./s
RRRRRRRRRRaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrr
I see you have the same creative vision.
Muffled laughter😂😂😂
Awesome thanks!
