I'm departing frigid NW North Dakota for 5-days of nice weather, starting tomorrow.
Recommended sights to see?
Restaurants?
Breweries/Distilleries?
Thank you,
GO HOKIES!

If you like architecture or design go to Taliesin West.
Go to Sedona and do the hike to Devil's Bridge (2 mile hike in). My kids and I did it in a snow storm last Christmas. It was epic! Pic attached of my daughter on it (quality affected by dusk and snow falling). We hiked out in the dark, by the time we got back to the parking lot, there was 2" everywhere (roads were clear). Sedona is about 2 hours drive from Phoenix area.
Play golf on a decent course down there, the courses are fabulous. Plenty of great ones to choose from (search the Golf thread that was going for a few months here).
Go to the Coach House Tavern in Scottsdale. Go at night when all of the Christmas lights are on. Really cool bar. Wear a jacket, it'll be a little cool at night in the winter.
Mel's Diner from the tv show is there. It was novel to get breakfast there.
The good egg is a local chain that has good pancakes (or did in 2007)
Go up too Jerome Arizona and get some of Maynards wine
Jerome is a pretty unique little town. Location is crazy. We visited it on same day we did the Sedona hike. I did not know that Maynard Keenan owned the Caduceus Cellars. That's pretty cool.
You hit elevation fast in Jerome. Make sure you sit down and drink water when you get there.
Yep. Below is a pic I took from Jerome (earlier the same day as the Devils Bridge hike pic I posted earlier) looking toward Sedona and the Mogollon Rim. Sedona is in the red rocks in the distance just before the higher Mogollon Rim. The snow storm is just starting to move in from the NW.

Breweries: Mcfate (good food), Angels Trumpet, OHSO (good brunch as well), Helton, Goldwater (right in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale), Bone Haus is cool if your up by Fountain Hills, four Peaks (good food as well)
Food wise: Downtown Phoenix has some really good spots Kettle Black is a go to of ours, For breakfast there's a place called Hash Kitchen we like.
Get Little Miss BBQ. They open at 11 but I recommend being in line by 10. They have beef ribs on Fri/Sats only and they are bomb.
Boatz and Hoez
Thank you for your recommendation, my fellow Hokies
