I didn't think it was clickbait, personally. I clicked cause I saw the news already and wanted to see what my trusted TKP counterparts thought about it.

I was just surprised to see such a "nothing-burger" post get the mod-nuke that it distracted me from the actual commentary about the hire...maybe the nuke was "the noise" that started it all.

Anyways, excited to see what the future holds for VT athletics 🫡

Spanberger's removal letter states "Your conduct has violated the Code of Conduct for Commonwealth Appointees to Boards, Authorities, & Commissions, the Virginia Tech Board of Visitors' Code of Ethics, and the governing statutes requiring board members to act in accordance with the best interests of Virginia Tech.

Welp that first period definitely answered the "Rust vs Rest" question. Even Rod said something like "I don't know what I just watched". Played great in the second, should have evened it up, but a few plays were off by a few inches. That hole they dug themselves into the first just ended up too big to crawl out of.

Maybe it's a good thing that they have finally hit a little adversity in the playoffs and this will wake them up and come out firing Saturday night. Can't afford to go down 0-2 then travel to Montreal.
