Something you can relate to is this.....in the military, especially in the Infantry, SOP's have their place and are the bedrock of any operation, but at the same time, situation dictates.
CMY has his SOP scheme but has very little "situational awareness", that bites the team in the ass at times.

The team has been sliding against our competition the past several games. We were winning by less and less, then by 2, and then a loss. Gotta figure it out, there are issues to work through. A win will help.

Force their bigs to earn it at the line rather than allow the gimme baskets at two feet.
