Hokies extended the inning on a Rohs error and now Bama has tacked on a 4th run

Trail 4-2

Abromovage runs the Hokies out of a RISP by getting out on a bunt attempt. Would have scored on McMillan single. Lost opportunity. Lynch strikes out to end top of the 4th. Still trail 3-2

Alabama gets a two run homer. Damage should have only been a solo shot as Alabama runner clearly left early on a steal attempt but Umpires upheld steal on Hokies challenge. Second review to go against Hokies.

Hokies trail 3-2

I agree we're lucky to have him. I like to see the play by play so I go to the stats from hokiesports and then check in here. Problem here is that my wife sees me sitting with the dog in the recliner glued to the computer...recipe for a major disaster with her family coming soon and her doing the white tornado thing.

Not sure how you can defend them wanting SEC teams to win. In no world can you overturn that call

Lt Rob does a great job of inning by inning. I'll check this thread regularly starting at 12:10 today.

Yep, that's the deal. I can watch the espns but not the +. My likely move will be to see if we keep advancing, but if we go to ESPN I'd hate to have bought the + for nothing. As unpredictable as this team has been, I'd hate to bet on them just yet, but I hate that with the +, I can't even choose to listen to the game on the computer. It does frost my rear endage because I've followed them faithfully all season, and usually can at least keep up with them on ACCN.

Not likely. Best you can hope for will be that it's actually on ESPN. ESPN has exclusive rights to the entire tournament

Funny that you use Wooden as an example seeing as how he had the one-man NIL collective named Sam Gilbert taking care of his players which he chose to ignore. UCLA with Wooden and Gilbert were basically a prototype of what we have now, except now it's just out in the open.

Yay, happy for those who get espn+, but I ain't one of 'em. Yeah, I could have ponied up the 12 bucks for a monthly subscription, but I'm just ticked off enough not to. Oh well, another game I'll check the live stats every half hour or so and wish I was too rich to care. Maybe if we keep going we'll get a more democratic carrier.

From my understanding, non-reflective sunglasses are allowed. Reflective sunglasses are not due to the potential of being a distraction to the batter.

Competitive advantage. Keeps opponents from seeing if she has any tells in terms of tipping pitches.
