What about the boosters' commitment?
My senior year I went to every game, home and away, and we played in College Park.
Place was mostly empty and we got yelled at for standing up and making noise when VT was on defense.

It was very slowly, and then all at once. In my personal sphere, it seems like fans of the huge schools are still there, and it seems like more casual fans are still around, but diehards of anybody that's not MICHABAMAFLAOSU are just kinda like 'this shit sucks'. Which is where I'm at.
I went to Colorado State for a year before I got to Tech, so I'm still a very casual CSU fan. After Queen's walk and heave put Maryland through, I was done. We haven't watched any more march madness in this house.

Weather was finally good enough to get out this weekend in MI. After playing golf swing in the sim all winter, I can safely say that my swing change is very much not ready for prime time.
Shot a 93 on Saturday where I played very well on the back 9. Sunday was just awful everywhere. I think my problem is that I am stuck some where between my old swing and my new one (and a little bit in my head).
When things were struck well, the results were really good. Unfortunately the poor strikes were often and were absolutely terrible.
Weather is crappy most of the week, so I'll get back in the sim and work some more. Going to try a couple things to more represent on the course play (after I reinforce my swing). First I am going to use my full shot routine. Second I think I am going to take a 30-45 second pause between shots and switch up my clubs, only hitting driver every other shot.
On a positive note, I did hit some really good chips and my putting was general on point even if the greens were in early season form.
