I got the game on ACCNX, but had to stop watching when it was tied, 6-6. Can't believe I missed out on that explosion. Tried to access box score this morning to suss it out, but haven't found it yet. Wowser.

Who's throwing the quinceañera?
Oh wow, all right Coach Duffy! LET'S GO
Do people not season their grits? cause I think those are the wierd onss
Sadly, this is also the boat I'm in.
Feinstein was always an enjoyable read, and he wrote about stuff I could relate to.
I'll miss his articles. He was one of the good ones.
Gott DAYUM.
I'm purely cinnamon oatmeal at this point. I might occasionally use milk instead of water. But, it keeps it pretty benign.
I also eat grits with just black pepper. Soooo... maybe I'm weird.
12 years in November. Been here a while I guess
Some of them stick around for the finisher's banquet. That is in Nome on Sunday evening this year. I'm not sure how many stay and how many go though. And a lot of them are pretty exhausted, so I doubt they stay at the finish line unless there are teams right behind them.
I did read that the banquet may happen before all of the teams have finished. But if someone arrives after that, they will get their own thing.
I'm curious, do the top finishers hang around for the other finishers to celebrate with them? Thanks
Holy Shit!
Bring it!!
Friday Saturday night March 15. The top 10 are in Nome, a couple more should be there within 2 hours and a few more will come in tomorrow morning east coast time. We have:
1. Jessie Holmes into Nome
2. Matt Hall into Nome
3. Paige Drobny into Nome
4. Michelle Phillips into Nome
5. Bailey Vitello into Nome
6. Travis Beals into Nome
7. Mitch Seavey into Nome
8. Ryan Redington into Nome
9. Millie Porsild into Nome
10. Riley Dyche into Nome
Matthew Failior is running 7 dogs 1,113 miles in/15 to Nome followed by Nic Petit running 12 dogs 1,111 miles in/17 to Nome. 4 other teams - Anna Berington, Lauro Ekland, Jason Mackey and rookie Samantha LaLande - have all left White Mountain and are all 50-65 miles from Nome. Should be in by the next post on Sunday morning.
Jenny Roddewig is listed on the GPS as running 10 dogs at 5.7 mph 958 miles in/170 to Nome, but the GPS also says that she is still in Koyuk, so I'm guessing that means she has pulled out but the location has not been updated yet. She holds the red lantern position.
Not SEC, not a priority.
Game over 20-8 win in 7th
20-8 going to the 7th.

Yeah. Kind of get the feeling State sent out the C team after winning game 2.
gotta save some of that offense... This happened opening weekend as well
14. In top of the 6th. NC State batting in bottom of 6th.
Missed that they made it a doubleheader today. Hokies lost game 2 6-3.
I'm sorry, can you repeat how many runs they scored in the bottom of the 6th? Just want to make sure I read it right.
Of course for whatever reason ESPN doesn't have a stream tonight. Says it does but no watch link showing
Hokies blow the doors off and make it 20-6 now in bottom of 6th by scoring FOURTEEN runs in the Top of the 6th

If it's the Hokies and it's on tv and I can get it, I'm watching or recording it to watch later and if it's just on radio, I'm listening. It wasn't always pretty, it wasn't always that much fun, but it's the Hokies and I've been invested for so long it's a habit I've acquired over the years since '68. All in all, I'm glad of the experiences I've had and I can honestly say it has enriched my life. So next team, next sport, next coach whatever...I'm in.
