IF there is a god the SEC will be out the first weekend. 14 fucking teams - 1/3 of all at large teams- in a 300 team pool. I hope they all fucking lose the first weekend. Especially buzz- that fucking prick. And scum Chris Beard. I hope they lose spectacularly.
Yep- UNC men and Princeton women have no claim- none- zero - to an at large bid in these tournaments. None if you are at all interested in the best 34 teams. None. What VT needs to do next year is was 6-12 Oklahoma did this year in the SEC- fucking suck- and get in the dance anyway. Fucking absurd to lose TWELVE fucking conference games and take one of 34 spots accross 300 teams. Absolute farce that league got 90 fucking % of its teams in- over 1/3 of all at large spots. 6-12 in conference and you are in? Fucking joke. They probably would have gotten in at 4-14 in conference. total joke.
I enjoyed his books. It's sad that he lost his mind around 2016 (hmmm) and called Augusta National a Klan rally among other things. He used to love the cathedrals of golf and scolded Tiger every chance he got for not making appearances, etc. Then around 2016- weird- he began spewing really stupid shit about the game. May he RIP. He was a great author until that time period.

3. WNIT - 48
Surprising to me is the mix of teams. 16-17 BC got into WBIT but there are 20 teams in WNIT with at least 21 wins.
I found this site during my International Business course my junior year of college. In typical fashion it was the Monday after losing to a G6 team, whereas a week prior we won at the shoe.

I looked back through a few previous logs, and I'm seeing a normal transit time between White Mountain and Safety of about 6-7 hours, and a bout 2.5-4 hours from Safety to Nome. So if Jenny is eligible to leave White Mountain at around 0530 local / 0930 EDT (8 hours from 2130 arrival), then we're looking at a Nome arrival somewhere between 1400 and 1630 local (1800-2030 EDT). So most likely some time after I leave work today.

The leader board says Dane Baker came in 21st and Ebbe Pederson 22nd, but the GPS lists them both in Nome but with Ebbe in 21st and Dane in 22nd. Guess we'll get final confirmation later. Jenny Roddewig is in White Mountain and eligible to pull out at 6:31 AM Alaska time/10:31 AM east coast.

F all the its ok. No way an Ivy team should get in even with a 3 game + in wins over an ACC squad when it comes to an at large bid.
They wanted a headline of "Three Ivy teams make the tournament" to give them talking points
It might be a while. I'm only about 30% through "The British are Coming".
It would be great to make the big dance. But probably better for the program to host a couple of NIT games and make a run.

This sucks, i hate espn so much that I am full on go Duke, I hope they steam roll to the championship, I hope they play UofL in the title game. I am rooting for of UofL, Duke, Houston, St Johns final (I would accept TTU instead of UofL). I hope the ACC, Big 12 and BE give the SEC and Big10 nightmares. I hate you ESPN for making me cheer on Duke, you suck more than duke!

I feel like purely based on vibes I'd love the NIT if you could guarantee me a deep run (lol, I know). To make the tourney and be a first game/weekend exit would be a bit of a downer.
