There are 1000s of charities groups trying to change this. We have met numerous people trying to get changes made. This requires congress to make federal laws that supercede state laws and then every state needs to change how they work so it cost statr funds and once it cost money it's a hard sell.

I only could afford to make three copies. One went to my thesis advisor who died a few years later. One burned up in when my grandpa's house caught fire. The other was lost in my move to Richmond. It had been saved to Microsoft Word, not GoogleDocs, so once my computer died, I didn't have a digital copy.

A bowl game where maybe you get targets or not is just another iteration of what you did 12 times already. The real value is spending 1-2 weeks at practoce and meetings with nfl coaches and scouts to show a different side of yourself. Bhayshul tuten will not get drafted higher because he has another 100 yard gane in the bowl game. He may actually get drafted higher because of interaction and engagement with nfl staff for the sr bowl.

I don't know if it was because I grew up with the Dark Knight instead, but I actually can't stand the Nicholson Joker. I thought it was hokey, which is different (read: worse) than campy to me.
