Absolutely. And he was undercut by Jim Washburn and Jason Babin from the jump, making an already bad situation even worse.
Amazingly enough, Castillo's defense started to improve his second season but it was too little too late, and he became the scapegoat for the failures of the "Dream Team" when Big Red fired him during the 2012 bye week. Of course, Todd Bowles came in and gave up 30, 28, 38, and 31 points in his first 4 games. Just a comedy of errors late in Andy's time as Birds coach, and I can rant about them all in DC-esque fashion if I'm not careful.
You and I are absolutely aligned that no one does a better campy Joker than Cesar Romero.
I'll also say that Mark Hamill was the best at blending all the different sides of Joker into his roles.

Im not trying to undersell him. Edge rushers are second to QBs in terms of draft premiums. I saw he wasn't in Kipers top 35 edge rushers recently.
I think you and French are tremendously underselling APR. Whatever he was at Florida, he was a stud at VT, period. Here's what thedraftnetwork.com has to say about him, while projecting him as a 2nd- or 3rd-round pick:

He's not the first DE to benefit from a DT on his line being double teamed. And most of them don't rack up 25.5 sacks over two seasons.
Well sure, let's hope so.... much more likely is him lighting up our new young defense at 25 years old to the tune of 400 yards passing and 3 TDs.
I'd be curious what Kenny's records are years 1-4 vs 5-8. You look at his ACC record over the second half of his tenure and it JUMPS up, so it wouldn't shock me if that tracks closely with ranked wins etc.
A quick scan of year one for Kenny had him at 1-8 against ranked opponents. He was also at one point 15-0 with a ranked win that season though. I don't have a real point here, just some extra context. Small sample size, they look pretty decent so far though.
Got to be honest, I think he sucks. Don't understand the whole 'best player in the portal.'

I mean I don't think he was going to be taken the first 2 days. He scares me much less than Cam Ward, Beck is very very average and was carried by having a roster of NFL talent around him.
I actually don't think he was getting good draft grades so probably would have been a practice squad guy so anything over $150K is a raise
Miami has never won the ACC- this is a fact. What is also a fact is that it fucking sucks and is annoying beyond fucking belief that they can pluck the best QB in the market every year. Fuck this.
Anyone have Hawaii recs, specifically for Kauai/Big island ? I booked a last minute trip, I'll be spending roughly 4-5 days on each island. This will be my second time going to Hawaii, but the first time I did Oahu and Maui.
In Kauai, I'll be staying in the Princeville area. For the Big Island leg, I'll be flying into Kona and flying out of Hilo. Was wondering how many nights I should stay in Kona/Hilo? I think Hilo is closer to Volcanoes national park so I was thinking 3 days in Kona, and then drive to Hilo and stay there for 2 days
Nothing "material/good/of real value"- how's that? The ACC TV deal is the worst in the P4, the conference is dying and desperately added fucking Cal and SMU... so EFFECTIVLEY we got nothing from this deal, while Hildalgo gets to showcase herself in the best conference for womens hoops and their lacrosse team prospers. now if you argue - well the ACC's TV deal would be even worse? well probably not, and that's a hypothetical. The fact that the league is on life support with teams suing to leave is a fact- not hypothetical.
This guy is very average if you can change the picture/coverage post snap on him or speed him up. This concerns me a lot less than Cam Ward - especially if we make a legit DC hire.
You can make a pretty good case that the ACC didn't get enough from this deal, but it's a fallacy that they got nothing.
