this is why beating felt so bittersweet.
it's cool to beat UVA, always. But HAVING to do so to go bowling is a story I'm tired of hearing. ESPECIALLY after the expectations this year... ul
I'd caveat the Whit piece if Pry really turns things around and wins a string of 10 win seasons before going somewhere with a lot more money. Basically if Pry turns out to be a success story and then leaves, I'd assume Whit gets another football hire.
Not only did they transfer there, but had one meaningful play or less of contribution all year.
Edit: couldn't get the gif to work and now I'm writing in red. Ignore me!
Makes sense from what I've watched so far and I've watched almost most. I would not feel good going against any of the four teams above us...which is not ideal.
Walt Harris' whole strategy against Tech when he was at Pitt was to max protect and attack us through the air.
To be fair, we got Tuten from NC A&T and Lane from Middle Tennessee. Kinda nice to be on the flip side of that equation.
ew, I hate that.

For me this was last year after an undefeated FSU was left out.
2 less yards, 1 less TD, less than 100yd average per game

VT was 3rd in the conference in rushing yards per game, and tied for 4th in yards per carry, so they're probably getting some credit for that.
Such a corrupt sport. It feels great not to be paying ESPN a dime. Wish more folks in the ACC/B12/G5 fandom would cancel their TV subscriptions
If SMU loses to Clemson, can SMU drop below Alabama? CFP chair Warde Manuel: "Potentially yes"โ Nick Kelly (@_NickKelly) December 4, 2024
So after tonights CFP rankings and statements after, those conferences already have full control now. There is no hope for any other conference to every why a fair shake again.

Man I hope SMU kicks their ass. They're our best team and I don't want there to even be a chance they aren't included for this garb Clemson outfit.
Dabo had that SC game in hand and decided to go conservative play call on offense until SC was ahead, when he could've put the dagger in and ended the game earlier.
Also he said specifically that there is a chance SMU could fall behind Alabama with a loss (which means it will happen)
Michigan fires OC Kirk Campbell.
I hope Clemson wins. The committee said they weren't going to penalize teams for losing in an extra game but they are going to really have to test that decision when it comes down to Alabama vs SMU for the final spot.
Welcome Home!!!
Yes like a draft room. Saw a few X posts indicating it would happen again this year.

is triumph going to be doing that whole draft day broadcast tomorrow?
I'm pretty sure most of our players under Fuente ended up transferring to Directional Rustbelt Tech
Bama gets in over Miami. Seriously, fuck this sport. It's completely corrupt and falls in the category of entertainment not competition

Nah, they left for Texas fast.
