Just from what I have noticed the couple of times I have watched them. ND defense finally got to him and they are almost as bad as the Cuse. I think the over / under could be above 80 this week.

I think Fuente uses the first couple drives to set things up, getting the defense accustomed to certain tendencies. Then, he takes advantage of their over-reaction in subsequent drives.
I haven't been as concerned this year when we don't have significant drives early in the game, for this very reason.
While I'm not quite as optimistic, I love your score prediction!

As an offensive lineman in HS, I was always taught to grab and get underneath the shoulder pads inside the numbers as it is rarely called.

I initially thought you were letting people know where to get medical assistance at the game.
Useful info, but a bit unusual to know so far in advance.
Well, the last 2 games have had three 3-and-outs for the first 3 drives against ECU and two 3-and-outs and a 4-play 3-yard possession resulting in a FG against UNC. I'm not counting the Stroman TD return since that was special teams.
This isn't what I'd call hot starts but the defense hasn't allowed our opponents to get going until after we do. I'm not complaining about the results either but I'm still apprehensive about our offense performing to its full ability. 15 years of fan experience is hard to break in 5 games. I will say that the BudFu is bringing me around and I am feeling more joy watching our beloved Hokies than ever before.

It looks like he engages the pads with his hands, then grabs and pulls down and you see the linebacker's head jerk down before he's thrown to the ground.
Yeah what happened there? He kinda just didn't block anyone. Kinda looked like Wang? On the pancake block Teller had at Duke a couple years ago
