Most schools aren't making millions - or even thousands - off "these kids". And most of "these kids" have no value unless they're wearing the school colors on their back.
I think the sit-out rules are plenty sufficient to make a kid think twice about transferring. If a kid is willing to give up a year just to transfer, they are either delusional or were sold a false bill of goods or both.

Saban is only worried that other 4* and 5* recruits don't get the same idea and get tired of sitting on the bench and leave mid season to save a year of eligibility. This could become a trend, especially if a recruitacorn doesn't get to play early and often. As far as this kid leaving goes, so what? The amount of kids the SEC has left out due to over signing is enough reason to enjoy watching Saban squirm and the thought of him or any other coach guilty of over signing being vexed is fine by me. But this is like... my opinion man.

I spent a summer in Ames doing research with their chemistry department, so ISU is one of those teams that's fun to root for. Also they don't win too often.
