Slightly off topic but I was watching the ACC pregame show and the talking heads were making their picks for the Atlantic division champion. Apparently Clemson is the predominant favorite due to the quality of Brent Venables defense.

I found it mildly amusing that his claim to fame (according to Wikipedia) is being one of five finalists for the 2006 Broyles Award. That particular year's award was won by none other than our own Bud Foster.

I just love how short the memory and attention span is of most media members.

I think Buds best years are still ahead and I can't wait to see it.
