I would attribute the under throw to Isaiah a footwork/discipline issue. He should have stopped and set his feet to deliver the throw, he had time. Also don't think he put enough into it and had more to put into the throw.

I'd say the jury is still out on his arm strength or how far he can throw the ball.

IMO, salads should be categorized by the type of meal and the complementary food & beverage choices. Examples:

Wedge Salad: steak, Cabernet or beer
Caprese/Caesar/Italian salad: Italian/garlic red sauce based meals, Sangiovese (e.g., Brunello, Chianti Classico Riserva) or beer
Cole Slaw: barbecue, Zinfandel or beer
Potato/Fruit Salad: burgers/dogs/fried chicken, Zinfandel/Rhone or beer
Waldorf/Ambrosia Salad: Holiday meals (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter), Red/White or beer
Taco Salad: Top shelf margarita with Anejo tequlia, beer
Tuna/Chicken/Egg/Cobb Salad: these are lunch options. White wine, beer, iced tea, soda

I never liked vegetable, macaroni or any kind of cold pasta salad. And, I firmly believe that beets were not meant for human consumption.

Overthrown balls are not necessarily a measure of arm strength. Even weak-armed D1 QBs can throw a football 50+ yards. Passes are often overthrown because the margin of error for a lower velocity pass is much smaller and the risk is much higher.

And the early deep ball to Ford was under thrown...with just enough lack of velocity for the defender to catch up.

Evans' arm strength is average, at best, for a D1 QB. Before Lawson left, Evans had the 4th (and maybe only 5th) best arm on the roster.

I think Fuente knew exactly what he was penalized for. It's a new rule for 2016, you think he's not aware of it and the conditions it might be called? And no doubt it was emphasized to Teller (who has a history of cut blocking in situations that don't require it.) to avoid making that kind of block.

Whether or not it was a good call (i.e. whether the ball was out of the box yet) is irrelevant.

The important thing that Teller made a poor blocking decision. Just hit the guy up high and interrupt his pursuit angle. No need to go low and turn and easy block into a borderline penalty. That's why Fuente lit into him.

Teller likes to wreck defenders and put them on the ground either by pancaking off the line or by cut blocking in space. Trying to always do that when the situation doesn't always call for it is selfish. Fuente made it a point in the press conference to talk about the need for selfish play to go away. Not only Teller, but he is a contributor to that problem right now.

And Vice may have only punished him for the more blatant violation later in the game but the point stands - even if coaches reviewed the film and put the first one in the 'bad call' category, the first penalty was still Teller's fault. He has to adjust how he plays for the offense to be as successful as it can be.
