If all of this is true throw the fucking book at the school. Considering the rallies in support they haven't learned and likely never will. And get creative if you have to. Don't bar then from playing but bar anyone from playing them.

I have distinct memories of it happening during every whiteout game during my 4 years, which was usually a "preseason" game
