As a result Foster is able to play more zone and disguise his coverage easier, and also do more complex blitz schemes. Further, the more zone you play, the easier it is for the Dline to get a good rush, since the burden isn't purely on either the DBs or the DLs to make a play - it's more symbiotic like you'd hope it would be. So while I agree i'm not expecting a massive turn-around, I do think we'll do much better than this past year.

Do I think Tyrod is a NFL starter...yes. Do I think he is a perennial pro bowler? Jury is still out. The Patriots made him look silly last year and I think a lot of teams are going to disect that film this offseason on how to stop or at least disrupt him. That was an abysmal game for him.
