Here's a look at one of the original UNC tutors installing the "books".

2 Buffalo Chicken wraps from West end and a DX Mac and cheese almost every day for this guy. Man, my mouth is watering.
You say that like it is a good thing.
That must be what I was missing because there were times I felt like I was looking through the tv.
You lost me at "class".

I agree. His tweets are often fill of wit. You could even say he's a witty guy.
This is also the reason people push for public schools to teach personal finance. Parents who are bad with finances raise kids who are taught bad practices. Even worse, parents who are smart with money can end up assuming it's common sense, and their kids never realize how hard their parents worked to live their lifestyle.
mascot theory class at UNC
I bet that class exists, but only at UNC.
Its a UNC athlete scholar (I just threw up in my mouth) prerequisite class...
Everyone is taught at a relatively young age to save a bit every paycheck, I know I have since I started working when I was 14.
Unfortunately, this is not the case. You most certainly cannot assume every kid being brought up in any possible circumstance grows up understanding this. You, me, and many others are lucky to be taught this by parents/mentors at a young age, but not everyone has that.
I kinda pictured Joe as the Joker, breaking a pool cue over his knee and declaring that there will be tryouts. "There's only one spot open right now...."
I get your point but once your salary is over $200K I really feel no sympathy for you, you are making way more than the average person and in this case it is to play a game. If someone that makes much then blows through it and does not save any for a rainy day knowing that your career is relatively short then once again no sympathy. Everyone is taught at a relatively young age to save a bit every paycheck, I know I have since I started working when I was 14.
and that's just the tip of the iceberg
We're on to you, Joe.
Glad I didn't pick up my Taylor #5 Bills jersey yet!
I haven't picked one up, either, but I kind of want to get one on firesale if this trade happens.. Than I can patch over the Bills logos with Broncos ones and wear it to Lane all season.
You consider it a bye week.
Bud considers it an annual tryout for his players to sign with the WWE.
Chickfila every Monday for me
I don't see the Crosby to UT thing on his twitter anymore
I think I was the last class to have the old school orange Hokie Passport issued. I held on to that thing until the last possible moment of senior year. They forced everyone to switch over to the new one during the spring semester of 2006, and the deadline was something like three months before graduation. I thought it was kind of stupid for them to require the changeover then, because if they had just waited a couple more months, that would have been thousands of fewer cards to remake.
But then I realized, hey, I can take advantage of the card, still pretend to be a student for a while, like that time I was able to get in on a student ticket.
Until I lost the card in 2007, roughly a year after graduation.
It's essentially a bye week for Bud every year.
Sounds like we're having ourselves a student reporter try-out
I want to upvote this but can't with, he who shall not be named in it. Going to find another of your posts and give it a leg.
Sam Rogers...

...WAS the plane...
that is a great skit. Every season I like to watch it before my first round of golf. It cracks me up every time.

Some of us were scarred for life.
