I just did a linear regression on the JUCO Rank/QB Rating data you provided since there appeared to be a slight trend. From this small sample of 8 QBs the regression popped out as:
QB Rating = -0.4996*(JUCO Rank)+172.65
with an r^2 of 0.767. Assuming this is enough data (which it isn't), is a good measure (which is isn't), and can be used to predict QB Rating (which it can't), and if Evans is the starter (which we don't know), then he will have a QB Rating of 169.2.
Boom. Book it.

I like that theory. I feel like he and Tyrion are the only relatively sane people capable of leading

still a lot of people that were not given the choice to go to the pro bowl so while it doesn't mean quite as much he should at least be getting paid more than the guys that were not invited or asked to be a pro bowler. right????

Apparently the straw that broke the camels back is the fact that the jets front office has been scouting QBs HEAVILY prior to the draft, and are thinking about drafting one around 16. If I'm Tyrod and i have a chance to head to Denver I'd be all over it. A free agency spot like this doesnt open often

EDIT Bills

The idea that a recruit would go somewhere else because they may or may not get one of the newer dorms is pretty far fetched. I don't think I have ever heard a recruit mention it. To answer your question though there are remodels and improvements being done to all the older dorms and the newer ones are top notch.

That area is shared by baseball and softball. It can have dividers down for batting practice or dividers up for a infield.

Honestly, if I'm the Bills I don't touch this. I know Tyrod is frustrated with his contract and he has every right to be but Rex Ryan has been after him for a LONG time.

Seriously, the Ravens turned down multiple trade offers for TT from the Jets when Rex was with them. I don't see him giving up Tyrod in a deal like this. Granted, he doesn't control the front office but I'd almost expect him to set the building on fire rather than let Tyrod go.

EDIT: Looking at this website it doesn't exactly scream reliable source.......did I just get trolled?

A) I'm going to assume you meant the Bills office and I'll apologize because I don't keep up with them much at all
B) In that case, yeah I'd be all over it if I were Tyrod, too
C) But, Tyrod doesn't control the front office either
D) The Bills front office needs to be fired if they think there's a franchise QB in this draft. Sorry, Carson Wentz/Jared Goff/Paxton Lynch fans, but no.

That's got a lot to do with why my personal theory is that the endgame sees Westeros united under Lord Baelish. He's actually a lot more involved in most of the plot than he's given credit for, and it's exactly the type of turn that would be obvious in retrospect which Martin seems so fond of. Plus, it's Littlefinger. Dude has his shit together. I can think of no one better to usher federal republicanism into Westeros.

He has a right to be disgruntled. He'll be the lowest paid starting QB, way behind guys who have done less, or were significantly outperformed by him. Brock Osweiler, who was mediocre last year with an amazing defense, gets a huge contract while Taylor gets paid scraps for a pro bowl season.

if Lawson loses the starting job in 2016 to Evans, he still has a clean shot at being the starter in 2018 and 2019. There's something to be said for developing mastery of an offensive system and setting yourself up for success rather than bouncing around to whatever venue will get you on the field no matter how unprepared you are...

Jackson is Lawson's actual long-term competition, as he will have that same shot at being the starter in 18/19 and nothing I've seen gives Jackson the edge on Lawson.
