So Long
Thank you Trey. I will always remember you for leaving that Alabama fan with a shocked look on his face
This group then made there way to the basketball game tonight. They were joined by Thomas Guerry, Chuck Cantor, Terrell Edmunds, Mook, Billy Ray, and a few others. Noticed McClease talking VT up to Pigrome and Dylan Powell's dad video taping the crowd.
He found out that kickers participate in tackling drills too and backed out
Yeah, I saw them there as well!
Drives me crazy. We get them to four with over ten minutes to play, they come back in at the eight minute mark but we stop driving on them until the game is decided. Both those bigs should have been out probably by the six minute mark. Probably wouldnt have mattered considering how we were letting them shoot from outside but it has happened in at least five games that I can think of and definitely makes a difference down the stretch be it a loss or an unnecessarily close win.
The hardest one to swallow was the Alabama State game, where they finished with four players with four fouls each. Two of those players got their fourth fouls with about seven minutes left, yet were able to rotate back and forth the rest of the game. Two of UNC's bigs got four fouls with time left and made a big impact on the final score in the last couple minutes of the game. Notre Dame game was another but officiating also changed in that game so it might not have done us any good to press in that game anyway.
So long.
Why'd Shane have to pick now to get his groove back?

SHANE FINALLY WON A RECRUITING WAR!!!! /s
On a serious note, compare UGA SEC schedule vs VT bad draws at the ACC table. or maybe its the shot that UGa has for top tier games/Championship games vs VT's outlook
just give it about 20-30 years. if vinny corey kyle and kendall really tried, they could procreate enough to field a hokie team of nothing but fullers
Long luv us short time.
annnnnd this is what it's like being on the wrong end of the big fish scale.
Looking forward to Fuente's offenses coupled with Bud's defenses turning that scale on its head when it comes to us and the SEC.

# | BUZZKETBALL CENTRAL: #14 Louisville Cardinals (16-3, 5-1) at Virginia Tech Hokies (12-8, 4-3) 8 PM ACC Network/ESPN3 For some reason buzz backs off the push when the other team gets in foul trouble. I really have no idea why he doesn't push more paint to try and thin the other teams talent down. Very perplexing
trying to determine which delicious pastry shop is better #firstworldproblems
I hope the best for him.
By the way, Georgia ranked higher than Virginia Tech according to this website: http://colleges.usnews.rankingsandreviews.com/best-colleges
Bibbs is as pure a shooter as you will find. We just struggle finding him shots. He's not confident getting his own looks.
The "try" was directed at Planet Earth. I'll have a couple for you
If you can't relax to Buffalo Trace you should drink something else. Good stuff. Have one for me.
Not going to win very often when only four people score. It was a pretty good effort but just confirmed several of our weaknesses as we continue to build. We can't guard or shoot the three. We still continue to struggle with bad fouls amongst our bigs.
I always felt like you waste a scholarship if it goes to a kicker. Not saying they don't help win, but how may good walk-owns have we had? Would be nice to have great ST this year to help the transition from beamerball, but probably the player I would have picked to lose if I knew we would lose one. Hope he is career back-up with a Lower level SEC degree.
Seth Allen 3-17 from 3 in his last 3 games. Yikes. Probably the biggest hole on this team is the lack of a pure shooter on the outside.
Well we scored 23 more points than they usually allow, but we couldn't keep the from pouring them in from outside. We had nearly their entire front court in foul trouble early, which was our best case scenario. Cold shooting kept us from building the lead we needed with their bigs on the bench.
We're not there yet but we'll get there. Now, I'm going to sit here with my Buffalo Trace and watch Planet Earth on Netflix and try to relax.
Let's beat Pitt on Sunday.
Free throw attempts going to look a lot more balanced after the 30 or so Louisville took in the last minute
Lvlle looked really good tonight. Not sure if they were freaky lucky or freaky good, but still like what we are about.
