I'm not as in tune with most other fanbases, but I can all but guarantee that the vast majority of coaches out there won't be as fondly remembered as men as Frank Beamer will be.
I agree with you -- I think another year benefits him.
*edit: clicked your Lowbrau link. Cool stuff. I've got a Tacoma I'm slowly building (it's my daily driver so nothing too crazy) and I've really started to get into exploring the craft beer scene the last couple of years.
Cheers!
Merry Christmas, all! And Boxing Day may turn out to be Star Wars day for me!
I don't believe anymore. That's just another department store Drew Harris.
Her being the child of a sibling of Anakin seems unlikely. For starters we know Anakin he no father. And we watched his mother die.
I guess you could say that she had another child before she became a slave, or was perhaps taken from her by slavers before Anakin. But that just doesn't seem like a route that fits Star Wars.
Fairly valid comparison. Evans left to help support his family. No one can knock him
for that at all. But unfortunately, it still may not have been the correct decision.
Undrafted and out of the league quickly, and with no degree to boot. This "life changing " money the NFL offers only really happens for a small percentage of its players.
I thought it was Drew Harris.
... and is invited, I believe.
Looks like Bruce Garnes to me.
Celebrating a big moment and a citation for something that most people on this board, or their children/relatives, also committed but didn't get caught. This sounds too UVA-ish for this fanbase.
Minds are made up, apparently. There's a history of Hokies with tattoos not being liked by a certain portion of the fan base, and it's really unfortunate.
So glad Bucky stayed in state and wanted to play for a legend and Virginia Tech. Go Hokies!
Unfortunately, Malleck is a senior.
I think he needs to show that he can be more consistent at the TE position. He may not get the attention he needs to continue to develop as a TE taken late in the draft. I hope he comes back but that is just because I want our opponents to worry about gameplaning against him. Also if he can demonstrate that he is a team leader then his future draft stock could sky rocket.
Don't forget to take out fed, state, and local taxes (at high rates for a few condensed yrs rather than the lower rates on the median income spread out over a lifetime) and 3% for your agent and so on.
It's not chump change but it's not the chest of gold that many (including the players themselves) want to think it is.
lol who cares?
you can say that about almost every college player...
Not sure Fuente has to do much. Ask Bucky how last year (2015) compared to the previous and then point out next year could be better than both.
I get the fear of injury, but he has potential to significantly increase draft stock. Get in the first two rounds, only last a few years, and you are still set. Go later on, last a few years, go to Arena or something and hope you finish your degree to become something.
I'm using only a few years based on many of VTs NFL players, seems longevity is not as common as we would like.
I meant to include Ekanem as well. Ford, Malleck, Clark, Ekanem, and Rogers are the underclassmen I always hear about as leading by example.
The elf looks really familiar who is that? Santa is usually John Ballein.
As far as I know there is no precedent, but does there need to be? This trilogy is unknown territory right now and the story can go anywhere, and their reasoning seems sound to me. So I definitely think its very plausible.
Personally, I believe she is Luke's daughter. I think it is the simplest explanation. Star Wars is about the story of the Skywalkers, and I think she is Rey Skywalker. I can't see her being the daughter of a sibling of Anakin. I don't think that would explain her ability with the force because Anakin did not get his affinity to the force form his mother. He was that sensitive because he was a child of the force, so I don't think his mother could have passed on that affinity to another child unless he/she was born from the force as well.
Emma for Christmas on TKP...perfect.

Interesting. But I hope this isn't the direction that they go with. I would still enjoy it, but would seem to come way out of left field for what we have seen in Star Wars (the movies, at least. There are book examples of force users powerful enough to perpetuate their spirit onward into other people. Vader is not the most powerful force user ever)
The shame of it is, in my opinion, they did such a poor job on the prequels developing Anakin as a character, that already had so much going for him.
It's been a few seasons with Buzz. Really. How about one and not even a half season yet. That is not a few seasons. Mike down at Dookiesvile took 4 years to turn it around. So get real.
Merry Christmas, Joe! Thanks for all you do for the site! I posted this to the other thread, but Merry Christmas the rest of you guys, too! I'm thankful I can come on here and have conversations about the sport I love with people who take my comments seriously. Not every site has such a community. Hope you all have a great day filled with purpose, reason, family, food, presents, and more orange and maroon than red and green! Merry Christmas and Go Hokies!

Totally disagree that guaranteed money is an automatic leave. If you're scraping your potential, sure. But Bucky is Round 1 potential with a ~4ish round grade. The difference between 1st and 4th is more than money. It's developmental time and energy from the staff, and the number of chances you have to break out. If you've got 1st round potential, you go get it.
