The JUCO route is a good way to get players that are ready to step in to quickly rebuild/re-inforce the O-line. It is probably not a long strategy, but it is a quick fix. It will give the recruitment process a chance to get ripe true freshman to develop from the start.
Fuente has a plan, and so far it is looking promising. Time will tell.

Not a bowl game per se, but I've been watching the DII championship game between Shepherd and NW MO St (I have a cousin in Shepherd's team).
Shepherd's backup QB is Connor Jessup, a transfer from Tech. What's the story on why he left, if there is one?
Oh they performed, ESPN just thought 4 dudes around a table talking about obvious things was more important.
I would have thought that would be a huge draw the bands.
So far, the Celebration Bowl was the highlight of the day. Just wish we'd gotten to see the bands at halftime.

Love how Bibbs was shooting the rock. Wish he could've hit 8 with that fake by Devin. Oh well, Hokies get the W.
