CFB stated that he didnt take the UNC job because he looked at the facilities there and saw that it was all built on someone else's blood, sweat and tears and so he decided he wanted to stay at VT.
Considering that Fuentes is building up Memphis and there are rumors of Memphis being on the Big 12 radar for expansion. Has it occurred to people that perhaps Fuentes might decide to stay at Memphis for the same reasons CFB said no to UNC?
Might not look good offering to a candidate only to be turned down.

Developing 3 star kids gets you 9-10 wins and conference championship appearances. Developing 4/5 star kids gets you playoff births and national championships.
