I feel like every day I'm reading about a buckeye being suspended, injured, or taken to the hospital. Can gameday please get here soon! This offseason needs to end now! Hopefully Cardale makes a full recovery, but the coaches just need to leave him in Columbus as a precaution. When it comes to head injuries it is always better to play it as safe as possible.

Cafe Press and SpreadShirt

Yeah...uh...I've never heard of those and can only assume that they are some way to print graphics onto shirts? Sounds cool though.

Okay, when did this guy make the Facebook post? After being hired? Then he's not the brightest bulb. But if this was an old post and Nebraska only checked this guy's social media presence after officially hiring him...

Me too. Should be all caught up by then. I missed Rafi so much.

In this era of Cafe Press and SpreadShirt, your shirt can be your sign without blocking the view of fellow Hokies. Win/win.

This piece best illustrates the "chess" component of X's and O's.

I'm sure you X'O' junkies who can see this stuff real time love our games against OSU, GT and Duke. I wish I could see it in real time, but at least TKP breaks it down in slo-mo for us mortals.

I would probably be willing to trade one if you have a WR I like.

so ready for the new season this upcoming Wednesday..

As someone who has suffered from migraines that can be very debilitating; to the point of getting physically sick when I start seeing the jaggies. A severe attack making you really wish you were dying. Fortunately, once the attack is over all is well; other then feeling weak and sick to the stomach for a while.

I have no idea what happened to 12 Gauge; but I agree, as someone with no medical training beyond emergency first aid, that you need to see if there is a casual factor or "just" a bad migraine. Given the heightened attention to, and awareness of, concussions I suspect he will get a full workup to be sure there is no serious problem.

Thanks for all the good wishes, I'll only be rooting against you guys for a few hours during the regular season.

Hopefully nothing more than a migraine, but as has been said...if it is bad enough that they took him to the ER, I definitely hope they search high and low for the underlying cause. The young man's life is more important than any football game. Hope he's okay.

Not me, just saying that I hope he did NOT have a concussion, Also, describing how the symptoms can be very different and my sons recovery process. I've seen the classic kid looks like he is on another planet, can't count backwards, eyes dilated, weak knees, ect.

My son showed none of that on his first concussion, in fact it was delayed a little. Only tip off was when he was vomiting in the middle of the night. Baseline tests scores were more than 20% off in 3 of 5 tests. With his current concussion, again vomiting was tip off, but his baseline scores were + 20%. Concussions aren't straight forward and that might be why we sometimes hear about un-diagnosed concussions.

NOOO!!! forgot about the draft! Oddly enough I was watching "The League" on Netflix instead.

WWFW - Worldwide Football WrAstling?

"I said, 'look, just go down to Tennessee, we're talking about the SEC, buddy," Clifford said. "Just look at the NFL draft, look at all the guys who come out of there, you get to play in front of 110,000 crazy fans, that's the toughest overall in the country. Look who's fighting for a national title almost every year. But he was set on Tech."

Stock just rose.
