Unlike VTnerf, I specialize in making water flow uphill, it seemed like a bigger challenge than downhill when I got out of school. Civil Engineer, PE at a consulting engineering firm in Blacksburg.
I mean, I've got hats/beanies, gloves, etc and a couple big jackets.
Most worried about the lower half. I have not been through a winter where it was consistently windy and sub-15ish degrees or whatever.

That was indeed a crazy week. They basically took the commuter parking lot over, and unfortunately I had to miss a few classes due to this and having to sample their drink and table fair as I searched for a space. After the game, downtown was as crazy as I've ever seen it. Didn't Blacksburg PD have to come out in riot gear? It was pretty epic.
