The team had nothing to do with CJs enrollment at tech, the honor system is responsible for the decision of him not being able to enroll at the school and therefore not be able to play football.

"General Knowledge of under-inflated footballs" which was never actually proven warrents a 4 game suspension? Tom Brady cheapened the product? oh give me a break. Let's actually talk about things that actually "cheapen the product":
1. Outrageous ticket prices
2. Outrageous licensing fees
3. Poor sportsmanship
4. The players beating the hell out of their gf's
5. The NFL not recognizing cheaters at the collegiate levels and letting them waltz into the league as a player or coach (I'm looking at you Pete Caroll)
6. Inconsistencies in the policies and judgements of the commish
7. Pro Bowl
8. Pre-season games (and the required purchase of these tickets by season ticket holders)
The "product" needs a lot of work. The ball psi isn't critical (and can easily be regulated by the NFL when they choose to enact those measures)
Lets also talk about ball PSI.
1. It's a RANGE, and the NFL let the teams self-regulate it. if it was important, the NFL would never put the responsibility in the hands of the teams (might I also add this has been an issue 2 previous times, once with the panthers and I forget the other team)
2. It doesn't really affect how the ball flies. If it's underinflated TOO much, then the profile will warp and will not maintain its proper aerodynamic shape (creating profile drag), and will probably fall short of the intended target.

What do you want me to survey every recruit we offered this year and ask them the question? Our recruiting the last 3 years was pretty good, but i'm talking about this year. We will be closer to the 2010/2011 classes when this class is done and we know how those classed turned out for us.

When was the last year that VT went 0 for top 10 in state? I'll wait for your answer on that.

I think the biggest thing you're missing is that as a QB, Braxton has 10 other guys blocking for him. As an H-Back, he may have 2. If you watch a lot of Braxton's biggest runs, he gets past the close initial contact at the line due to great blocking, then he has space to break his defenders ankles. Play man coverage and stay stride for stride with him and he won't get those chances to make open field plays. He will be best used on pitch and screen plays, but anything longer than 5 yards from the LOS and I really don't see him as the same threat that he was at QB.
I have high expectations for this thread.

I don't claim to know all the history (only started at UMB 2 years ago), but the UMB vs. UMCP thing was actually handed down from the state legislature, as I recall. UMB has the history and research dollars (we're a solely grad/professional university, complete with med and pharmacy schools and the UMMC) and UMCP is the larger campus by population. On most official UMB letterhead and whatnot, it's "University of Maryland, The Founding Campus" to denote the fact that it was the first in the UM system.
UMBC is an interesting question. Probably just sounds better. UMB and UMBC are also closely linked (and were also almost merged in the early 1990's); we have a lot of grad students here in pharmaceutical sciences that take chemistry courses down at UMBC.
As for UMUC, I always laugh when those commercials come on or when I pass by their buildings. Interestingly though, a "university college" is a real thing. Traditionally, the term refers to a non-degree-granting institute of higher learning associated with a parent (degree-granting) university. A university college would focus on extension classes and technical training. That definition has evolved over time to more broadly encompass non-traditional learning environments (online classes, evening/weekend classes for working professionals).

If you bring cans to the beach, no one will give you any crap about it, bottles, might get some hassle. Also, cans stack better than bottles so, more can fit in the cooler. I recommend cans. I also recommend stainless steel pint glasses. No sun stinking and no broken glass. Also, cans are lighter to tote down to the beach and back.
Oskar Blues is in NC, I got some in Food Lion here at the 15 MP. Other selections were slim at that one. Did get Dales Pale Ale and Little Yella Pils in cans there cold.
On a hot beach, I like 21st Amendment watermelon wheat. New Belgium has a variety pack in cans that's not bad.
Save the bottles for at night on the balcony and at dinner.
