I was not a fan of the grey Bama unis. They looked cheap and something you get for a rec team... At least, that was my impression. I liked our geys pants with maroon jerseys and Hokiestone helmet that we wore against Maryland later that year howerver

Thank you for letting me know it wasn't Crichton. It's hard enough hating Tina fey, I'm not sure I could handle hating Jurassic Park

I've lived in South Carolina, Alabama, El Paso, and now I'm in the desert in Washington (yes, there is desert in Washington). I'd so much rather have 100 degrees in the humidity than 110+ ever. When it's so hot the wind blowing makes you feel hotter? No thanks. I don't want to live in a convection oven, TYVM.

He's probably as good a dad as an alcoholic, drug addicted, corrupt, violent, impulsive, depressed, hopeless, criminal cop who's raising his ex-wife's rapist's kid is gonna be.

Can anyone say that Logan Thomas would NOT be a an NFL-contributor-type TE? The dude is a freak. Does anyone remember the catch he made in the back of the end-zone from Tyrod?

Teach the dude to block a little (ya know, he likes contact) and motion him outside on certain plays. There is no way this guy has no place on the football field in the NFL and there is no way he's going to make an impact at quarterback, anywhere, ever. He does not have the vision or accuracy to make it. I truly hoped that wouldn't be the case when he got drafted and I'll be glad to eat my words on that later......hell, I hope I am wrong.....but.....I'm probably not.

Come on down to AZ!

The temps here have been brutal the last couple of weeks, which is why I got the pool redone in May. Even though the water is already mid to high 80s, 15-20 minutes in there with kids after work really does help one cool down.

I think we hit 115 a couple of days ago. Growing up on the East Coast I will say the humidity or lack thereof does make a massive difference though.

Start training as a TE get cut and picked up by a team in need. This is not the only report I have read that says things are going badly. Nothing ever is great for a Hokie in AZ. Now Green Bay is another matter.

Nah!! I'll take 111 dry heat any day over 90 plus heat with dewpoints temps 60 or higher. With dry heat, body sweat can cool you down somewhat. High dewpoints with make you sweat just standing in the shade butt naked. With that much moisture in the air, the sweat cant evaporate and cool the body. It makes me feel like I'm wrapped in a wet wool blanket. I feel like I'm moving in slow motion.
