Those uniforms weren't great. The numbers were unreadable from the stands. I'll take the grey ones we wore against Alabama over the black ones.
Thank you for letting me know it wasn't Crichton. It's hard enough hating Tina fey, I'm not sure I could handle hating Jurassic Park
So punching is worse than...get Jameis on the phone!

Black Friday I dare say. I hope they do it and Nike makes them incredible. I personally loved the 2010 all blacks.
That Cascade Curtain 'll get after ya
I've lived in South Carolina, Alabama, El Paso, and now I'm in the desert in Washington (yes, there is desert in Washington). I'd so much rather have 100 degrees in the humidity than 110+ ever. When it's so hot the wind blowing makes you feel hotter? No thanks. I don't want to live in a convection oven, TYVM.
Well the article says he was suspended for a violation of FSU team rules so he can't have assaulted a woman.
Yeah, you know he's no threat to start if FSU suspends a QB. Although, it is June. Check back in August.
He's probably as good a dad as an alcoholic, drug addicted, corrupt, violent, impulsive, depressed, hopeless, criminal cop who's raising his ex-wife's rapist's kid is gonna be.
ehhh..it's just a trukey...not a Hokie Bird or Fighting Gobbler. This could have been made by someone who doesn't even know anything about VT
HBO
This show on Netflix?
Can anyone say that Logan Thomas would NOT be a an NFL-contributor-type TE? The dude is a freak. Does anyone remember the catch he made in the back of the end-zone from Tyrod?
Teach the dude to block a little (ya know, he likes contact) and motion him outside on certain plays. There is no way this guy has no place on the football field in the NFL and there is no way he's going to make an impact at quarterback, anywhere, ever. He does not have the vision or accuracy to make it. I truly hoped that wouldn't be the case when he got drafted and I'll be glad to eat my words on that later......hell, I hope I am wrong.....but.....I'm probably not.
Love those uni's.
They suspended their 3rd string QB....
It's like the NCAA ignoring the misdoings of UNC and dropping the hammer on Liberty...
Come on down to AZ!
The temps here have been brutal the last couple of weeks, which is why I got the pool redone in May. Even though the water is already mid to high 80s, 15-20 minutes in there with kids after work really does help one cool down.
I think we hit 115 a couple of days ago. Growing up on the East Coast I will say the humidity or lack thereof does make a massive difference though.
And if not for a missed shot at the buzzer, you could add Duke basketball...

There's nothing coach speak about it. He flat out said he wasn't ready and he wasn't going to put him a lose-lose situation.
That's the floweriest, coach-speakiest way possible of saying "he isn't good enough to play."
The key is "non-qualifier". Acc allows 2 men and 2 women per year and no more than 1 per sport. If the juco was a qualifier coming out of HS then there is no limit. Outlaw for example was a qualifier
The big 12 has no limit. The ACC does
Four guys with starting experience are now gone from last year's team. They only return 18 career starts. As far as I know they're still looking for a RG and the LT may now be one of the recruits from this past recruiting cycle.
Start training as a TE get cut and picked up by a team in need. This is not the only report I have read that says things are going badly. Nothing ever is great for a Hokie in AZ. Now Green Bay is another matter.
Nah!! I'll take 111 dry heat any day over 90 plus heat with dewpoints temps 60 or higher. With dry heat, body sweat can cool you down somewhat. High dewpoints with make you sweat just standing in the shade butt naked. With that much moisture in the air, the sweat cant evaporate and cool the body. It makes me feel like I'm wrapped in a wet wool blanket. I feel like I'm moving in slow motion.

I was not a fan of the grey Bama unis. They looked cheap and something you get for a rec team... At least, that was my impression. I liked our geys pants with maroon jerseys and Hokiestone helmet that we wore against Maryland later that year howerver
