Moving to Tampa from Roanoke there is a noticeable difference. I sweat bullets walking to my car in the morning. A whole 10 yards away. I am also pale so my skin cusses me out every other day.

That being said, if you had to choose between the two, dry is slightly less horrific. I may be biased, but for the past two weeks down here in GA, it's been highs of 105 with high humidity and I've felt like I've been living and working in a gorram sauna.

Or the 3 could be a sideways "W" and the plate is about whiskey.

That "dry heat" crap is the biggest load of bullshit I've heard in my life. 111 is 111, doesn't matter the humidity, it's still gawdawful.

And if you take out the wild conjecture his quote would be "Thomas will play for at least the first half". I'm not saying he's tearing the world up, but this is very careful wording by the writer to push their agenda without stating a falsehood.

what is so key about 3? is that a LT3 reference? Or maybe that 3rd down is key play?

I wonder how many complaints it takes and what the standard is for rejecting or accepting one and taking action. If it only takes a few it would be easy to really mess up the DMV by complaining for any custom tag you see.

I thought about that, but laziness prevailed when I searched to see if anyone else already had and only saw this one from last year

Yeah they wouldn't let me renew online or by mail. When I went in to the DMV they said it was for complaints. Both sets have been to Lane Stadium North so I'm guessing that led to the complaints.

That plate is on a black Chevy Avalanche. He's definitely a Hokie - he's a friend and was a roommate of mine at VT.

with a picture of a deflated football and mouthpiece next to it. Maybe a couple of guys jumping/celebrating in the background.
