We have a beagle that was an abandoned hunting dog. I can see how he didn't make it as a hunting dog (he can be a real idiot), but he's the sweetest thing in the world so I can't imagine how anyone could've abandoned him. Beagles are the best.

I graduated in 1983. Over the next new few years, I would attend 1 or 2 games a year. Me and my roommates would buy tickets in front of the stadium and we paid less than face value for the tickets. It was a long time ago but if I remember correctly, the tickets were like $15 and we would pay from $5 -$10 per ticket. It was maybe late 80's where we actually had to pay face value for tickets.

Sure, but you're not really partnering with them, you're procuring services from them.

And you should do your own homework, even then.

If you're cutting them in for a percent, well, see rule #1. You're supporting someone else's retirement.
