So, what school do you root for? Because it sure isn't VT.

Additionally, everyone here wants to thank you for the chance to give clever GIF replies and get turkey legs.

So, I guess the moral of the story here is this:
You can generally get away with saying something somewhat sexist/rude/homophobic on the keyplay and survive to post another day. Some'll downvote you for it, it might start a heated discussion, but by and large, you'll be fine. But don't you dare talk smack about the Hokie bird, turkey legs, or anything to that nature, because shit will get real.

Last season, VT struggled because their primary backs struggled early adjusting to making that read. Huge holes would open up, but the backs would cut back too quickly or not be assertive enough.

I wish I had a dollar for every time I yelled at my tv to tell a VT running back to cut it up last year. I'll tell you what, I'd definitely have dollars for a good time on amateur night at the Southern Xposure.

not only do many recruits reject us for no reason other than these images, other schools use it as a negative recruiting tool.

Burden of proof. It is on you.

Just like any social media tool, Twitter is what you make of it.

I only follow people related to my favorite sport teams. This basically allows me to get the fastest possible updates on what I find interesting, while avoiding people who would just fill my timeline up with useless junk.

I hear Notre Dame gives out shamrocks and UCLA gives out bear paws. SOMEONE INFORM THE FIVE STARS!

Glad you took time out of your day to make an account and make these comments. The responses have made my day end well.

Oh, and lastly... Kendall Fuller is a pretty good player. Five stars I believe by most services. That was just last year.

The Long Snapper, Eddie D'Antuono beat out an upperclassmen to takeover both snapping spots last year and is listed at 263 on Hokiesports, Willenbrock is still listed as 237 on Hokiesports instead of the 250ish you mentioned, so its possible that D'Antuono has put on a little more weight as well and is up around 275 or so. I have no idea if D'Antuono has anything going for him besides size and it's an admittedly outside the box option, but I thought I'd throw it out there as an idea anyway.

Talk about inventing a problem. Our current players and their families know about and read this site. We got firsthand information of that the other day, and we've seen it before during the season. If anything, TKP gives Hokie Nation a good name as a solid forum for VT fanatics to talk about their favorite topics. Anyone who thinks we're somehow a detriment to VT or player recruiting has had one too many Zimas.

I went to Clemson my freshman year, and nearly everything their fans do such as the tiger tails just seemed to me childish and girly, not to mention their campus is run down and when it's not 95 degrees it rains, yet they pull in 5 star recruits and top ten teams. It's the coaches willing to go after those types of players, being able to close, and risking getting screwed on National Signing Day--something Beamer has never been into.

So you mean it goes like this: hot-stuff Coach Banger meets with bigtime recruit, Billy Basketball and says, "Hey Billy, you gotta check this out. Those Hokies on that famous website www.thekeyplay.com are using "Turkey Legs" for Likes. Can you imagine that?" To which Billy responds, "Yeah, coool, I like that. Whada ya'll use?"

"Well, well, Zima bottles, of course."

I think the tiger tails that Clemson fans put on their cars look absolutely ridiculous. And yet, their fans clearly like them and they recruit just fine. Complete non-issue in my opinion.
