Bucky Hodges just grew 2 inches as I was typing this....
By the time we convert him back to QB in 2016, he will be over 7 feet tall...

they have games at night there? (uber sarcastica)

I think we all saw this coming. But seriously, I walked past the guy a few days ago on campus, and he's freaking huge. Granted, I'm pretty short, but I can see him reaching 20 feet in the air to catch a pass and not have any trouble doing it. I think he'll do quite well at the new position.

I think I speak for all the idiots when I say: Logan Thomas was a TE and moved to QB. Bucky Hodges was a QB and moved to TE. rabble-rabble-rabble-rabble-poor coaching-rabble-rabble-recruiting-rabble-development-rabble-o'springscain-rabble-rabble-Beamer's old-rabble-size comparisons.

That said, our TE department will be in good shape in 2014.

I don't like it. The orange makes it look like a prison uniform.
The shirt should be maroon.

I love the TE corps next year. We've went from a guy who had played one year of football and some converted DL to now being solidly 3 deep, maybe 4 (XBurke was seen as very under-radar pickup last year).

One can only imagine how many phones Bud would melt into a useless lump of plastic with his stare.

Very nice. One day hopefully Tech's athletes get something like that.

Was that a Hockey only facility? or multipurpose?

That's great. Couple things:

1) Wasn't rubbing any salt or anything. Just mixing a little bit of humor with my prediction.
2) Of course I'm disappointed. I simply expressed it differently.
3) No need to go crying to mom about it.
4) This is called TKP. Therefore, it's about the Hokies and not about US women's hockey.
5) This thread is titled US Men's hockey.

That is all.

Penn State just got into Varsity hockey. Construction cost $88 million. That's one hell of a price tag but I hope it happens someday.

Technically how you worded it was still correct, so you avoid any time in the Cake room in the new dungeons of Cassel.

Meh... I have opinions. Can't expect people to agree with me 100% of the time. Sometimes the things I say will get 40+ legs. Sometimes, I'll get blurred. Such is life.

And no worries, I upvote all the time. Just that one of my pet peeves is the "look at me, aren't I great" tone that people can set when they go full on "I told you so". Won't give any examples, but I've had situations like that where I have been right in the past, and had the chance to rub it in. I figured, people were already annoyed by whatever outcome, no need to throw salt on the wound.
