Glad someone mentioned Cory Bird. Maybe he isn't top 4 but that guy was a monster on the field while at VT. I would last as follows:
1. D. Hall
2. B. Flowers
3. M. Harris
4. J. Williams

Is this your order? I didnt even think about Rouse, but he was a monster. Additionally, I think Garnell Wilds is worthy of a top 15.

Guy that could even be considered

1) Jimmy Williams
2) Brandon Flowers
3) Kam Chancellor
4) Kyle/Vincent Fuller
5) Macho Harris
6) Jayron Hosley
7) Antone Exum
8) Deangelo Hall
9) Eric Green
10) Aaron Rouse
11) Roc Charmichael
12) Willie Pile
13) Cory Bird
14) Big Play Torrian Gray
15) Antonio Banks

I like your list the best, but i think willie pile has to be replaced with Jayron. At least as far as their time at VT goes. Additionally, to some of those with Kam on their list... I am a huge Bam Bam Kam fan, but as far as his time at tech goes he was wildly inconsistent.

Really? I thought that joke was as obvious as converting QBs to TEs and TEs to OLs

It's not a list without Flowers and DeAngelo.

Kam is a better pro than college player.

In no particular order:
1. Brandon Flowers
2. DeAngelo Hall
3. Jimmy Williams
4. Willie Pile

Kyle Fuller would be next, best 4-year achiever.

Going to guess its that Ford has already enrolled while Durkin has not. If we're talking full time starter, I have to think Ford has the advantage over Durkin. I agree durkin could ultimately see the field sooner with a specialty package though.

I love Kam and am glad he's turned into a great pro, but at the college level he only achieved 2nd team all ACC. No way he would be in the top 4 based on his career at Tech. Flowers, Macho, and Hosley were more effective DBs in college, with the later two having the added bonus as excellent special teams returners.

You sure he didn't just have his heart set on chick-fil-a and decided to show up anyways? I know I wouldn't want to cancel my plans to get a chicken sandwich.

I'm a huge Facyson fan and think he could be up there when it's all said and done but it's way too early to even think about him being in the top 4.

My list isnt just based on their playing at tech, it encompasses the person as a whole. what they did after they were players
