About 3-4 inches of complete sleet in columbia, sc. Roads are awful and we're supposed to get freezing rain tonight. Looks a game of thrones/beer marathon for me.
Cocoa Beach, Florida. 72 degrees, raining and windy here, but no snow... I was supposed to fly into Greensboro and go home for my time off, but Atlanta has shut down for two days...so now I'm flying out on Friday, when I was planning on going skiing.... :(.

Yeah, they need to come up with a better way to word that penalty. How can you be delaying the game if you snap the ball too quickly.....? Even still, I'm not a fan of that. They said that rarely do fast paced offenses snap the ball in less than 10 seconds, but it still happens. There shouldn't be a penalty for being good at getting lined up and having your play set up. However, it's good to see some rule changes that don't hinder the defense though.

Rained all day yesterday with some periods of sleet, then started to sleet more at night.
Today it's been about 4 inches of snow, packed down with an inch of ice. I shoveled the walk for us and our neighbors (a couple with a dog, and the wife is 5-6 months pregnant), then got in my SUV to try to get my SiriusXM working again. Once I was done, it was sleeting heavily.
I'm still considering going out tomorrow. We live on a hill, but there's another entrance that few people use that avoids the hill...
We have about 6 inches in charlotte and it's sleeting at the moment. I'm about to pour a glass of Woodford and relax.

Just finished playing an hour and a half of snow football behind the 7-Eleven on Tom's Creek. Tons of fun, snow is still coming down pretty hard but there was just enough snow when we were out there for tackle to not hurt.
Team Pie is like that kid in high school that constantly needed validation by trying to constantly one up you. There was a discussion but as my wife will tell you that doesn't mean an agreement was reached. Cake is in the title, it is clearly cake. Its the only point that matters, all other points are like UVA's coaching staff, they're there and fun to talk about but at the end of the day they don't really do anything and can't win.

# | Winter Events, meteorology, and Punxsutawney Phil is full of crap That's something I miss a lot about Blacksburg. I had a 5-minute commute during grad school. Today, my commute tripled, but that meant going from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours...and it wasn't even snowing yet.
I believe the only promise that our OC made to Durkin was that he would compete for playing time. If he loses to Ford or any of the other QBs during Spring practices after a fair shot at starter, then he has no one else to blame but himself.
