I feel the same about the rough aspect, it looks uneven when you see 3 3/4 star QB's and then one 5 star. It doesn't equal out.

I can't see that one player has the amount of possibility that three could bring to a class, resting on one guy would scare me a lot more than the situation we have.

One signing day is over, I'd bet we see a lot more pinpointing. This is really going on verbals and early enrolled student athletes.

This is one year in particular Though, you will see a 22, 23, or 25th ranked class but it will end up bein closer to a top 3 a few years from now.

I think a scholarship, abundant free food, a degree if I want it, and free tutoring to achieve it are all pretty much icing on top of an already tasty BMOC cake.

Who among us wouldn't have grasped at that opportunity with both hands if we'd won that particular genetic lottery?

The alternative is (assuming we got accepted to a university in the first place) student loans, part-time jobs to supplement our meal and entertainment options, and the hope that we make enough connections and get good enough grades to make all our hard academic work pay off in any reasonable way.

I don't like the idea of getting rid of the extra point. I know it at times seems meaningless, especially in the NFL because it's almost a give me 99 times out of 100, but it's just part of the game. I don't like changing aspects of a sport just because it may seem to make it more entertaining.

they might get rid of 2-pt conversions at some point, but they're never going to make them mandatory. And I'm pretty sure the goalposts are already narrower than in college. Seems to me you see plenty of FB misses in the NFL, so nothing to fix there.
