Agreed, but there is a lot of $$ that wants to pull it over there. Personally I think they should get the stadium back in the city and stop messing around with the suburbs.

Dave Biddle of BuckNuts.com was guest on 2nd hour of Bill King show this morning. Was asked what was left for recruiting at tOSU this year, and he only mentioned 3 names:

1. Brady Taylor - a "lock" to flip from VT. (Bill noted they have to refill their OL after the interview)
2. Derrick Nnadi - good chance with "Larry Johnson" coming on, his recruiter from PSU.
3. Some kid from Texas.

I'll leave link for www.BillisKing.com. If you are interested, you can listen to archives for free after free site registration.

i always chuckle when i watch a game at the kfc yum! center. i mean, if i'm a louisville fan, couldnt they have just left it at kfc center? you had to throw the 'yum!' in there?

it'd be like the colorado rockies playing at coors aaaahhh! field or the cowboys at at&t hello? stadium.

Ummmm...I'm familiar with the program and I think we look weak. Especially in big games where we have this habit of not winning and sometime not winning really hard. That stretches back to when we were less "weak" of a team.

You are what your record says you are. Our record in big game and over the last two years speaks for itself. If people want to stop reading articles like this, all we have to do is win one of these games ever.

Pants keep the couch dry.

I think we might have a sustainable defensive system coming along.

Foster -> HC; Gray -> DC -> Ky Fuller to DB Coach
Years later
Foster -> Retire; Gray -> HC; Ky. Fuller -> DC; Ke. Fuller-> DB Coach*
More years
Ky. Fuller -> HC; Ke. Fuller* -> DC

*Assumes Ke. Fuller terrorizes defenses at VT for another 3 years.

best CJ since:

Shane tweeted this right before tweeting the message above, so probably not meant to be a dig.

Especially if you get injured in your rookie and second season. He has the skills and determination, he just got dealt a shitty hand. Hopefully he has signed with a lesser league, shows off, and gets signed back into the NFL. It's probably his best bet with the talent at receiver that comes out of college that can start immediately.

If Frye handled the blocking scheme planning for the VT game, I'd be thrilled with Frye. He used formation to get Bud into his 46 defense, and then used wide splits between the centers and guards to spread Maddy and Hopkins out, creating more space than they could defend. It also allowed BC to double team both and leave Tyler isolated against the BC fullback and Williams. It was masterful, and he defintely instilled a nasty attitude in those guys.

The big question is, was it really Frye, or was that Addazio. He was very hands on with his lines while OC at Florida, and HC at Temple.
