Generally, if your hands are outside the shoulders, it's holding. Also, if the arm is wrapped around a defender's neck/shoulders or you see the jersey pulling off of the player, they usually call it.

Jimbo needs to stop reading the press clippings about his QB and just run the darn football. We saw the same thing against Florida and Duke. He spends the first half leaning on his QB, who can't handle it. Then, he starts pounding the rock in the 2nd half, the passing game opens up, and they smoke everyone. Jimbo: if you want to win, run the darn football.
I had Corey Marshall in one of my classes last semester. Seemed genuinely excited about the team and about what they were doing, but he ended up not showing up at all for the last month and a half.
They were talking about leading a team to a national championship (i.e. win it), not just lead them to the game.
