I don't get that. If we're going for it on forth down always, why not throw a short passing route on 3rd so 4th and 11 turns into 4th and 6?

Loss of a yard and a bunch of bad throws. The run game was going fine from under center, it all went to hell when we backed into the shotgun.

Dang, I thought they were making a statement with that 4th down conversion. Sad that the by week appears to not have made much of a difference for our offense. This might be another close one.......
If we were in 4 down territory, I wish we would have tried to cut the yardage down some on 2nd and 3rd down with runs.
